If you wanna utilize double XP without grinding hard af on it. I really enjoy the new expedition, flooded city. The overgrown are literally just skinned super mutants so you get a pretty decent amount of XP from killing them. PLUS expedition rewards. It's a really nice middle ground between WestTek xp farming and Sensational Game legendary farming.
If you nuke the SBQ then cripple her wing she'll sit on the ground and spawn in reinforcements like crazy for 30 minutes straight. It's hard to do on a public server because all the low IQ people that try to kill the boss as fast as possible but get a group going in a private world or get lucky in public and it's a nonstop killing spree.

My favourite expedition location solo
I just walk through the whole thing with my stealth armor
For leader bobbleheads go to the Skyline Valley trading post and hang left from the spawn point. There is a trailer that has a guaranteed leader bobblehead on a desk as soon as you walk in. In between the spawn and the trailer is a random bobblehead too. Just come back here every time you pick up enough items to reset your item spawns. I learned about this while the pickaxe bug was still a thing and got a bunch of them while getting pickaxes.
The shielded flannel shirt and jeans also gives you +3 intelligence. The only way to acquire the shielded plan is from the Daily: Queen of the Hunt. It took me several months to get the plan. Also, you must learn the other 4 plans before you can get the shielded. You can purchase the other 4 at Whitespring. Just server hop till you buy all 4. Mr Angry Turtle did a video on this awhile back.
Forget to mention, also with the shielded Flannel and Jeans you get 3 Charisma and 1 luck. 🙂👍

A good trick is to purposefully get addicted to Mentats so you always have a visual of when you need to take another Berry Mentats 💊

Thanks for this tip. I started doing that during my previous XP farming and I'm glad someone mentioned it in the comments here.
AP bug at 19 minutes is likely from having thirst quencher in a radiation zone. (I have tested it and that is one confirmed cause, might be others)
I experience the bug many times and have no TQ in my perks...
That's not a thing. I use thirst quencher and have never had the bug
@@beastabuelos6421yeah i took it off after hearing the card was “bugged” it happened about 5 min later when fighting a nuked queen i stopped in the middle of the fight and put that back on ASAP😂💀

I managed to get the super mutants to give me between 3200 and 3600 xp. 61 int, no magazines/bobbleheads. I'm also missing 10 int from armor, so there's room for improvement!
Pro Tip: You don't need all of these buffs to hit the 4k XP per enemy cap. My advice: save the magazines. They're expensive and hard to farm. Trade them instead.
For scorch beast brains farm the event Surface to Air in the Cranberry Bog with Butcher's Bounty equipped under perception. Railway Rifle is great for damage and range there. Don't cook the brains right away, put them in the camp freezer raw that way you can cook them and have their full spoilage available to you. Always farm up squirrel bits during Fasnacht and stockpile salt year round. Tomatoes you can farm tons at a workshop with turbo-fert fertilizer grenades.

Having AP above a certain amount probably causes the bug. That is why for some removing Thirst Quencher fixes it, as their max AP drops.
For some reason I never thought about going 15 in a stat -with!- a card +5 on top. This whole time I've only been distributing them to 10 with a +5 legendary perk thinking it was capped there... this changes things.
That's hilarious....as you were making this video I was re-watching all of your previous XP Farming videos and taking as many notes as I could!
You can use shielded flannel too, it gives the same 3, 3, 1 stats
It'd be nice if they'd make a scorchbeast meat collector. Getting brains is a pain. And it would make cranberry meatball grinder easier to make

Surface to air with butcher's bounty. You won't get a daily supply but it'll be enough for when you want that extra boost, like double xp weekends. Not everything's going to be free.
How much of an angry turtle are you exactly? Are you like those funky aligator snapping turtles?
Taking off thirst quencher solved the issue of AP not regenerating for me. Like another comment mentioned, it seemed to happen near radiation.
One Leader bobblehead always respawn in the Trading post Skylight valley so it's possible to farm it 😊
The ap regen bug is cause of the broken perk card, the thirst one in end stat, happens only while u are taking radiation, i remove it every time i go to eviction notice or scorch battle

AP not regen bug happens when the server gets lagged or slowed down i think. it happens to me in boss fights, like SQB.
AP stuck at full bug also happens where i can have full AP and VATs crit tens of times in PA with heavy guns. lol

tip: there's now a guaranteed Leader bobblehead spawn at the trading post inside one of the trailers (on the left hand side when you spawn in) that follows the usual world spawn rules
Yeah, way to many know that, and it's now the rarest spawn in the game. I know, I have a camp 25m away...

@@beastabuelos6421It does for me on a private server (I have Xbox One if that matters). Been picking this up daily. As well as the 2 technical data’s, occasional bobble head, and magazine not to far away from the trading post.
@@beastabuelos6421 you want 2 people on a private server, 1st player resets world items, reset private server, spawn in at trading post. 2nd player jumps in collects bobble then 1st player quit server, start custom as soon as it says building world quit out, start private...rinse and repeat

Is anyone else experiencing that when you visit one of the new 'Best Camps' from other players, their shops are always empty? It's as if they don't have a shop at all.
The "Best Camps" are not actual camps, just copies of camps randomly shown on some servers. You can interact with the items and resource collectors, but not with player's trading inventory, since the player is not on this server and this is not their actual camp.

If you take another herbivore serum, then can you get the effects from scorch beast brain and tasty squirrul stew for a time if it negates the negitive effects for a little, while still doubling up on your? Like still have the x2 from veggies but also cap it with an average meat boost?
Food buffs don't stack.
So if you take cranberry relish then tasty squirrel stew you'll only get the tasty squirrel stew effect as it will overwrite any other food based xp buff
Amazing vid turtle, just a question: why didn't you mention cranberry pie or Mama's stew from feed the population?
They are not as good and it's a waste of time, bobbleheads and magazines to grind with inferior foods. Cranberry relish is for herbivores and the magazine that boosts the effects of the herbivore food buffs is has been nerfed on the public test servers so carnivore is best but with double xp weekends you can reach the xp cap without magizines.

they were never timed based, i should have a video explaining how it works in my guides playlist
You need to pick up 255 other items physically present in the world and load to a new server for the picked up item to respawn.

Have they changed the way levelling up works? It feels like it's easier to level up this season. I know we have double exp right now, but I was still levelling really fast before double exp.

Yes open map, click on daily quest marker and select display in pip boy, I use this trick if I have to solo one violent night so I can play a instrument for the objective, whilst continually spamming stims and taking radaway as I’m surrounded by the ghouls smacking me.
I noticed you were using a quad railway. Does the weapon prefix still determine how powerful the nuka grenades are? If so. I would need to use Bloodied or instigating still when farming xp with nuka grenades?
Correct. I was confused by Turtle's build not including grenade buffs. But he referred to his past videos so I figured he was just farming casually this time around, and less aggressively. But AT advocates using a bloodied Elder's Mark, while Mr. WestTek uses his instigating Blue Ridge branding iron.

I still don't get how he gets over 70 intelligence 😂 I use 5 unyielding pieces with intelligence, tasty squirrel stew& scortchbeast brain, backwoods 6 ,leader bobblehead,3 camp items, 4 lunchboxes berry mentats and basically same perks but only get in 60s
And yes I a team of 4 with intelligence buff.. before anyone asks
I rejected incoming shared perks when I had the AP regeneration bug and that solved it for me. Could have been a coincidence though.
Do all these buff works on expeditions during and the end XP bonus?
They work on all experience gained all the time. The reason this method is usually saved for double XP is the rarity of the bobbleheads and magazines make it less viable for everyday use.

So did anyone catch how much Int is needed to reach the 4K XP cap? Would be interesting to find out the bare minimum needed.
He wasn’t reaching the cap on mutants lower than 100. So going for maximum amount for yourself possible seems to be the best regardless.

Cranberry cobbler works for carnivore too right?
Canned meat stew will work for carnivore. You get them from the feed the people event at mamma dolce. You can also use tasty squirrel stew as well.
The AP bug seems to be the new fast travel bug.
And I'm still running into the "power armor entry" animation bug...
I run this with -3 INT due to lack of armor mods and without the backwoods 6 magazine, but can’t get past 3700 HP per level 100 Super Mutant…any ideas? I’m on PS5

no they didn't
Grenadier was made so the visuals are smaller but the range is exactly the same.
At what number of intelligence do you max out the Xp of 4000 ?
I would assume you know the fact that you can only get max XP of 4000 only during double XP event so normally with all the food, camp item, bobblehead and magazine's extra XP buff mentioned in the video, from my experience, with about 65-67 INT, I normally reach to about 2000+ XP so with the double XP event you should reach the max 4000 XP.

The lover's perk is also a xp buff from sleeping. Lots of youtubers seem to miss that for some reason. Also, I'm pretty sure you get stat boost from food regardless of eating meat or veg. And the magazine and bobbleheads are a waste of time unless you can get it from somebody who knows how to dup them. And that sells them for a good price.

@@lastwolflord it's the same as kindred spirit (also 3 hours) but you want leo as your camp ally and he will not grant you lover's embrace. It's also irrelevant because you should go back to your camp every hour and replenish your other buffs anyway since most last 1 hour.
Vegetables had their magazine boost nerfed on the PTS.
You're kind of right about bobbleheads and magazines but you can farm up a few between double XP weekends with ease and if you max out everything you don't need both. Absolutely need one or the other though for anyone that finds this video relevant.

Wow, didn't think it possible but this game is even more trash now. I knew the last update would ruin it, but not this much. Damn.
The new legendary crafting system is terrible. Do people actually find it fun logging on just to farm legendary items to scrap and get nothing for them 99% of the time?
Because I find it incredibly boring and tedious.
Guess it's back to GTA and Sea of Thieves.
