It's interesting that they'd air a story like this, the normal move would be uniformed police near enough to respond, but not visible in the vicinity, and some plainclothes in the mix of kids. Incident happens, immediate flood response. They don't say if it's single assailants or a group working the area. But if group, get the guy, get his phone, and then it all unwinds.
