Christina, thanks so much for sharing your talent with us! I've learned so much watching you, you are a great teacher. I notice there aren't a lot of videos on coloring ethnic skin and hair you did an amazing job! I love watching your videos, I can't get enough!. Please keep them coming. Hugs, Lena.
This is a great video. You explain things very clearly and it was easy to follow along. Thanks for sharing. Especially love that you use the colors in the basic sets.
You are very welcome ... I am just glad that the video worked OK for you when you tried it again. The hair will be fabulous with only a little practise and then all your characters will look amazing xx
These are some excellent video's and details. Very cute digi's and just love how all your colors blend. How you explain things is so great and easy to follow. So happy I found you on RUclips ! Thank you for sharing :)
Thank You so much for this lession I am always looking for teaching of darker skin coloring!! You have taught me a lot today. I love all of your work. God bless you!!
Thank you for responding. I can now see the entire video. I don't know why the first time I watched it, it ended abruptly at around 9 minutes are so. RUclips has been weird these last few months. Anyway, the tutorial is all around fabulous. I did the hair and it turned out okay. Not as good as yours, but practice makes perfect. Thanks for all of your wonderful tutorials. Now I am off to see how you color denim. I love this entire series. Blessings, Sherain
You are so right Christina; I for one haven't tried my hand at Copic Markers or Noir Markers but if I did I would like to know different skin color shading. Thanks for sharing. Sincerely, Elaine Rico
Lots of people are interested in drawing and colouring characters with skins of different shades ... after all we are not all the same. I am only surprised that you would find it any otherwise. I for one am interested in picturing characters with coloured skin and as it is something many people struggle with when colouring in I thought that the video would help others to over come their fears and have a go.
Fab video & very, very informative thank you as always for sharing. Love the wee boy sitting on his potty oh bring's back memories of trying to potty train my boy's :-) xx
Christina!!! You answered my question in this video! You know, the one I didn't know how to ask, hehe....Michael sat with me and watched the whole video, he really loved your word "Sqiggles" , lol Tell Griff he did an amazing job video taping...I love how he zoomed right in.. it was the best yet cause I seen exactly what you were doing.... loved it , TFS
Thank you for this tutorial. I followed along today and my image turn out gorgeous. I appreciate you taking time to create these videos. At the end of this video, you were about to share how to color curly dark hair, but the video ended. Do you have a video that shows how you did this? I couldn't find it. If you don't have it, do you think you can make one sharing the technique and marker colors. I was already to get going then...it ended. :-(.
The curly hair is on this video and covers the process completely.... try again as it should not finish until the hair is done and the character completely coloured... It runs all the way through for me and lasts for 14.32 .... There is another video for the straight hair ... Spectrum Noir Hair ... hope that helps you xx
