Whenever you want to get specific stages do it in x2 or x1 difficulty. Pick meta gen 2 team too (Balter, hyperreal, or CW team) Do the x2.5 to push level or you want some challenge.
Look for "Forbidden Church" stage in Chapter 1 and choose "Breach the blockade and investigate". This will give you insight and the screen become red-ish around the border. Then clear the run as usual and get any ending (ending 1-4 doesnt matter). If there is no "Forbidden Church" stages, I think you haven't clear ending 3 yet (the one that makes you fight Moon Eater)
at 1:49 you see that red glowing eye symbol? whenever you see it always pick it until it give you another choice. the way you know if you are on the right track is when you reach final stage, it should be 4 options, if it's 3 then you need to redo it Edit : i correcting myself, it does not need 4 options. If you cleared 3 endings before, you should know there will be a different option when you met the condition...sorry, hard to explain when I'm not fluent in english
