It would be great to see a parts list, and also a tools list. It would have been great if you would have shown the making of the rings and the beveled holes for the speakers. It turned out very nice!

The tweeters have no crossover and will blow out.. nice boombox btw
maybe they had a built in crossover
@@ratupmyass you can see on the back of the tweeter that there is nothing connected to the terminals and there isn't any hidden crossover inside a 1" tweeter 😂😂
The tweeters were connected directly to the woofers so that means that they are getting full signal instead of only high frequency ..

@@ratupmyass that's what I thought but when you look in the video there is no crossover between woofer and tweeter

I would just do a couple of things different :
1) Use cross-overs or cap for the tweeters
2) maybe a small bass pipe
3) I would use plywood for the rings to make a cool pattern
4) Use Danish Oil instead of stain
5) Maybe since this is a nice build use higher quality drivers (like Dayton Audio)

yes, I agree with you, but I use MDF and if I use wood primer and spray I will lose the bass.

Огонь! Сам жду усилок tpa 3118 и дины 3" по 25 ватт. Ну и остально тоже на подходе, пассивы и всякая мелочь. Но делать буду из 4" канализационной трубы.
Я люблю басс по этому из мдф делаю корпуса.
@@VGBSpeakers нет под рукой соответствующего инструмента для обработки дерева.. Сегодня дремель привезли из Китая, буду ваять из пластика. П.С. Басы тоже люблю. ))

It seems that the speakers are little more powerful than the radiators.I think you should upgrade your radiators or use a weight in the middle of them. And also you should use a more powerful amp.

Those 25w speakers dont have more then 10 or maximum 15w. Its obvious that the amp blows them like hell. Otherwise,very nice job!

норм корпус только вот ВЧ динамики надо было через не полярный конденсатор примерно в 3,3 мкФ , Ну а в целом все не плохо !

Молодец, руки золотые, quality hi end. В звуке кажется динамики фронт слабые, колонка визжит, мало средних и низких частот. Корпус хороший, а баса мало

This is really cool looking. Nice job but you'll blow your tweeters you need a crossover or a steep down. Should be OK thought as long as you don't turn it up to load

@@VGBSpeakers мдф, не суть, технически все классно, но дизайн сомнительный, сейчас же есть куча вариантов как сделать, покрасить или обтянуть тканью, тем же карпетом

Всё хорошо, только пискуны через конденсатор нужно было подключать, а без него пискуны в полную полосу работают, скорее усего долго не проживут.

@@westhope597 только динамики у него параллельно припаяны. Каким образом фильтр там поможет? Он же не режет частоты для ВЧ, так как СЧ-НЧ в параллели.
