@yuenj01 In reality BJJ is the most well rounded Martial Art out there! It is a miss conception that BJJ is ground fighting only. The Gracie Barra Fundamentals Program for instance covers a variety of stand up "street situations".

doesn't that depend on what you consider good? I mean alot of BJJ people concentrate sooo much on tournaments then lose their self defense skills, yet are considered really good because of their medals.

i think bjj is great for defending rapists but u do have to be REALLY good at it because most men are alot stronger. and it is groundfighting so it has to go to floor eventually
