Gosh, thanks! Sometimes it’s too a fault tho. I’m a bit of a perfectionist, it can be a pain. I’m getting faster tho, it’s all a process and you’ll get there too someday. No, I'm sorry, I don't have one specifically for the house cake. Hope to make more in the future though😊
@@TheRobynsNest Is that buttercream you have put on top of the roof for the house cake?
@@alizahaslam3354 that is actually white chocolate ganache with a little bit of white food coloring to tone down the yellow... Soo yummy! But it is vanilla buttercream that I used in the layers and as the base for the fondant wall panels to stick too. When making it, it helped me to ice my layers, chill it for 15 mins, do the crumb coat then chill it again for about another 15-20 so the icing forms a crust and makes it easy to handle. Then I take my measurements and create stencils for the wall panels.

@@alizahaslam3354 Yup! It was just a matter of texture for my choice, you can use buttercream for sure, I would make its consistency a tiny bit thinner than you would use for under the fondant and between the layers so it is easy to make the icicles around the edges.
