This part in Cat's Eye always made me laugh hysterically. The whole movie was silly and funny when you think about it: Trolls, cats being electrocuted, bloodthirsty ankle-biting pigeons... Ya can't beat it!
That poor Cat was involved in 3 different scenarios i love the end when he fights the little troll monster to protect little Drew Barrymore...This part thou always had me rollling that pigeon was determined to eat flesh
One of my favorite movies . I remember watching this scene one late night and laughed hysterically. I mean I could not stop laughing. That pigeon kick was so deserved lol !
This scene is what created my true fear of birds especially pigeons. (I’ve almost been hit by a car on more than one occasion as a child running away from pigeons)Living in NYC has not been easy.😭😭 I watched this for the first time when I was like 4 years old.
The Ledge was my favorite part of the whole movie. It’s funny because Cats Eye is a horror movie, but instead it was mostly a comical filled with crime, suspense and fantasy.
I felt bad for laffin', when that pigeon came out, scarin' the shitballs outta him, LMFAOOOOOOO...but let me rewind...I love when Cressner goes "BOOGIE WOOGIE WOOGIE!!". MAAAAAAN, I laffed so fucking hard at that part, and his evil laugh attack. This shit was so fucking funny and still is!!😂😁
Ahahahahahaha I love it when he finally kicks that bastard pigeon, and you hear it cry out. Served the stupid Fucker right, pecking the hell out him for no reason. Don't get me wrong I love animals, but dammit.
From remembering the movie, he was forced to walk the entire ledge of the building by a mafia boss. The guy made it around but the other guy got pecked by the same bird and never made it. Great movie to watch.
I saw this scene airing on TV when I was no more than 11-12, in the late 90's. I've thought about it on and off--without knowing the name of the movie--for *decades.* I have a theory that this might be where my fear of heights came from. But I know for a fact that I used this scene to remember a Pokémon type match-up--that Flying Types are super-effective against Fighting types lol
First the cat trips Abbot so Norris can get his gun, then the pigeon makes the Mafia Boss fall off the skyscraper. Animals really hated that Mr Cressner.
Oh so this they will show but not the scene when the pigeon makes the bad guy fall.? Look up the video ( I'm a poor loser head in a bag). And give it a thumbs down.
Oh shut the hell up bro it’s a fucking movie. This movie has Trolls and Company’s that will Rape your wife if you smoke a cigarette, yet a pigeon pecking is what crosses the line for you?
When he punted that bird, well, it might be one of the finest moments in cinema history.

In the right parts, that is.
I thought I was the only one. As a kid, when he said, "flying shit house", I was 😂 in real life.
I say it’s about as good as the first 2 creepshow movies. They knew how to balance thriller, horror with the absurd.
😹😹😹😹😹😹😹😹
King was high af😂😂😂
Still to this day cant watch this ledge scene without my palms sweating. And my palms never sweat.
Funniest part to me was at the end with the crime boss falling down on his honker. 😂
I've watched it too because I remember watching that old fella fall to his death hitting that honker on the sidewalk plus the cat seen it too.
@@Biscuit1973 I wonder what the cat thought after seeing that
don't you mean Mr Cressner?
That was the boldest, most aggressive pigeon that’s ever lived. 😆

Would have been funny if Leslie Nielsen popped his out of a window and said "I just want to say we're all rooting for you"
LOL
😂
Or we could splice into this scene Leslie Nielsens' The Naked Gun ledge walk lol
One of my favorite movies . I remember watching this scene one late night and laughed hysterically. I mean I could not stop laughing. That pigeon kick was so deserved lol !
Hey I love animals but that pigeon had it coming
He flew a plane in a movie and launched a bird into orbit.
Oh what a great movie
Agreed I get anxiety whenever this story plays.

"The Ledge" is my favourite segment in this film.
2:21....the first time i seen that pigeon getting the boot i fell off my chair laughing🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
This scene made my palms sweat.
In the words of Gordon Ramsey: "Fucking pigeon..."
That always made me anxiety
Good " movie any other movie would have been " for the birds""
The bird or the cold wind?
I felt sorry for the pigeon when it was kicked, but it was hilarious to see how it was attacking the man's leg
Demon bird
The Ledge was my favorite part of the whole movie. It’s funny because Cats Eye is a horror movie, but instead it was mostly a comical filled with crime, suspense and fantasy.
Ted Striker vs bird

And it sounds like a bike horn when being kicked.
In the novel the pigdeon did that because on a smaller ledge above there was its nest with baby birds inside. The kick was still well deserved XD
Lmao at flying shit house 😂 i love this movie
Oh hey! It's Ted Striker from Airplane! Did he put peanuts in his sock or something?
Thank you he kicked it

Field Goal 🏈
Easily the most hilarious scene in the entire film!
That pigeon never got over Macho Grande.
Neither did William Shatner.

This is one of the best movi clips of all time its dark this iscaweome see full story just great
Hay is for horses.....sometimes cows. Pigs don't eat it cause they don't know how.
Albert: "That's Ducky's way of telling you to 'shut the hell up'."
2:23 flying shit house
Yeah,, i remember seeing this scene in the movie and thought he stomp on the bird.
Stephen king isnt known for common sense IRL that would be the oitcome
Lol my youngest bird does that to me.
When you walk on ledges around tall buildings?
✨🤣🌃🐦✨
I remember seeing this as a toddler, and I never knew the name of the movie. Definitely hits different seeing it as a kid, hilarious how he kicked it.
I first saw this when I was 7. I laughed when the man man dropped the horn and it was falling. And my Mother goes ITS NOT FUNNY!
And the ironic death
@@okamijubei just keeping you on your toes!
Some of the best acting since
Showgirls.
"Hey...buzz off!"
Lol pigeons really hurt when they peck
Kicked a field goal
"What a pisser."
😄 I love a good Striker reference, Sebastian
That camra movement is amazing really brings the paranoia into play
This movie messed me up in the head when I was a kid, lol
Same. That troll thing had me paranoid.
I've had reoccurring nightmares about this story. Being on the ledge with cressner
2:26 Serves you right
Chief I was gonna ask you if you remembered this movie…nice. Do you remember Silver Bullet?
Absolutely, I rented it on VHS in the mid 80s. Not bad if I recall, but haven't seen it since
That pidgeon beyond stupid
I saw this as a kid and it terrified me
Should have included when the mafia boss was made to walk the ledge after the guy made it around the building. But even I didn't like that bird.
First the cat trips Abbot so Norris can get his gun, then the pigeon makes the Mafia Boss fall off the skyscraper. Animals really hated that Mr Cressner.
nobody in real life would accept this bet
I would
@@chiefscheider BOOGIE WOOGIE WOOGIE!😂
His wife was good at giving "head"
That birdie must have the hot's for him i say🐦🐦
If that were the case, it would've been pecking Striker's pêcker 😁
That's what you get for wearing loafers. Wouldn't have hurt if he was wearing sturdier footwear.
😂
Flying shithouse!
Pigeons dont Peck it cuz they don't know how.
Winged rats.

The dumbest and most unrealistic scene in all three acts.
i dont know, i think a pecky bird is more real than a troll spinning on a record.
