To get two separate pieces bends equal..I just tack the two pieces together, bent, then break tack welds and clean up where welds were.. Makes it easier

Thanks man! It’s 9/16” round bar. Lil stronger than 1/2 but not as beefy as 5/8”

I love everything but the placement of those highway things. I made my own set when I was in welding school back in the early '80s. My bike at the time was an old 76 Ironhead and I ran them off the front motor mounts.

That was another option I’d looked at as i had the forward control motor mounts but this customer wanted their highway pegs higher. Integrated the top front motor mount and the highway pegs seemed like the cleanest solution without cluttering up the frame
