Btw, body insecurities are normal, we grow, we change and that's fine. You can always obtain the body you need in a healthy way. The fitness and dietary choices me make contribute to how we feel about ourselves, in getting the body we want. When u have a partner figuring out their body image, they will reflect on their body and try to find comfort in it by making comments to seemingly ensure that their partner also find comfort and satisfaction in their body. It's a matter of self convincing and projecting....(seeking validation). It can be tough having a partner who may become insecure about themselves and talk down upon themselves, but in a relationship when u have someone who supports you, affirm you and loves you beyond the insecurities, is when you have found the right person. But, we all have the responsibility to make sure that 1. Build a good self image and 2. want to be better for our partners, which does not only pertain to the physical aspect. Self love is important and what better way to affirm it with a loving partner. ❤

Diet must be the biggest challenge in this household. When you have someone with probably a very fast metabolism, naturally doesn't eat much, so they can eat anything and someone who can't. I feel like intermittent fasting would be your best friend Aaron. A "small" breakfast, early dinner and nothing else, you'd drop the weight quickly and pull ups would be way easier.
Friends, everything in moderation is okay. Having "Cheat days" can create distorted thoughts and cause more psychological issues with eating. consider consulting with a doctor or mental health professional that can assist in creating health habits with food and exercises, and your self image. If you change those negative comments towards yourself into something positive you will then begin to see the progress.
I've been a silent fan for a number of years now, you are all so beautiful the way you are, you are very real with your content, you aren't afraid to just be comfortable in your own skin, you should try and love yourselves the way you love others.
