In India a mbbs intern earns around 17-18k , junior doc(during PG ) earns 65k PG passout MD/MS doc start salary is above 90k.. it's of J&K(jammu) where I live and it's tier Y city , X cities have bit higher & it's of gov sector even they practice in private too so a decent reputation doc who have above min 5 years of experience can easily earn 2 lakh monthly
Reason : 18 lakh+ bache paper dete hai... Aur gov seat is around 45k( fees depends from 3k to 200k+ , even in AIIMS overall 5years fee is 5.5k) & private much more expensive than Russia as he said in main city Moscow is 8-10lakh but in India basic college fee is 60lakh+, some have less there is again much higher & in private also around 40k seats

Doctors salary is not much even in India. After 12- 15 yrs of study ie finishing MD/MS ie post graduation my starting salary in a govt med college of West bengal is 75k/month. In west bengal the salary of professors in med colleges r not even at par of salary structure of University Grant Commision. Salary varies from place to place in India. No uniformity of salary structures. It's a myth at least for doctors of new generation. Now regarding leaves, even if u r entitled for leaves , if u ask for leaves authority looks like u r asking 4 kidney. I really feel pity for those students who r entering in MBBS course in India. Their future will be extremely miserable and painful and many of them ll end up by being a psychiatric patients. Meagresalary, toxic work environment, no specific career growth pathway, extremely suffocating condition. In private hospitals in India only some big consultants r getting huge pay. Rest r salaried and not descent , even yearly increment is not done. Even some r paid in hours. Those who r thinking that salary is good in India, u r living in fools paradise. And the way no of med colleges r increasing in India, cheapest labour in name of MBBS doctors ll come into play within 5 yrs. In one word MBBS is now going to backseat. People who has a knowledge of finance, career growth and opportunities wnt opt MBBS as a career option.
Yes, working conditions for MBBS doctors are pathetic in India...very little salary, no higher ranks, no positions, no career growth, unless somebody has done a some sort of specialisation(MD) or superspecialisation (DM).

Indian pvt colleges are much expensive than Russian colleges.... Russian colleges have good world ranking tooo... Pocket friendly colleges are also available there English medium courses made them best And many more reasons

It depends on universities . In some university u can't appear for plab , usmle ,but some university allows. clearly check it and select the university

If you watch closely, you'll see that he has tried building a two-way communication with the doctor backing him to maintain the flow. Also, if you've seen his earlier videos you'll notice that he talks softly while shooting for indoor videos and that's quite obvious. Here I guess he has done so out of respect for him 😊
