David, thank you for your videos I'm going to attempt to do what you said with the mental exercises and and from another one of your videos I liked your six to eight week transformation time frame, I used to do Buddhist chants twice a day with simultaneous visualizations if I wanted something to happen and they worked in like 30 days I guess because I was doing it twice a day for maybe 15 minutes sessions. I haven't done those in the longest time and have become so negative such a negative person so I'm going to try to get back on track and I think I believe all the information you put out because it goes right in line with what I used to do unfortunately I stopped doing mine and regressed and I'm hoping to get out of this mental trap I've been in for a while, thank you so much for what you do!

When you asked how long does all of this take, I thought to myself, ' a lifetime '. For me anyway. Since I was small, I was on this path, never knowing I was on it, or that it existed. Thinking back to 4decades ago I remember as a child I would try to move glasses if water with my mind, talk with the deceased, and kept pet rocks. I was abused as a child and young adult. But I always forced myself to stay positive, don't dwell on negative thoughts ideas or people. And be kind and help the earth and people when you can. I'm not perfect, and have lots of interpersonal work to do but I have learned that things in my life that seemed a little odd or synchronicities are all around you. Pay attention and keep that positive energy around you

If you are sad you can’t just think happy and be fixed. That is a loosing battle. You need to heal the sadness and forgive whoever needs it for causing this sadness. Then as your body is healed you build a new you.

I feel like 6 to 8 weeks is impossible if ypu live in a modern society. But I've heard that too, maybe a little shorter than what I heard it takes to achieve rainbow light body. You literally can't have an angry thought for like 3 months. So much respect for the Buddhist monks who have the ability to do this. If we could all focus on that goal, just imagine what we could achieve. If we shifted from what can I aquire and gain. It's no wonder we are all so miserable, we are living completely out of balance with our nature. And it's completely intentional, so they can keep their endemtired servants working for them. 9 to 5 is a new thing, relatively speaking. They convinced women to join by playing on their egos and now we are trapped. Their greed and lust for power has us in a very precarious position. One where they don't even want to release beneficial technology because it will take away from the profit and the system that they built. That is crazy to me. Intentionally holding humanity back so they can profit longer. How do we lift the veil from the people? We are all so distracted just trying to survive. When and how will this all stop.
This makes sense but i think theres a glaring hole in the theory. Mental health issues, even when medicated, prevent this line of thinking for an extended period of time. So how does one achieve this balance if their body and brain don't function properly?
