i honestly hope they never make fated a keyword you can readily give to cards, because a fated dragon would be nightmare fuel. (i know you can with lvl 2 zoe and pantheon. but you have to jump through so many hoops to get it. youll probably win off anything if you get that far anyways)
Nah dragons are crap. Fact is a lot of shurima and most of bandle city is a mistake that keeps getting worse, next set this game will go in the toilet even more and the January patch will do zero to healing or removal, which is why this game is for children
@@ethanpritt542 Eh, it would have been a "win more" move, which you should never do in a game with imperfect information like a card game. He had one card, but if that ONE CARD is burn, you lose. There's no reason to chance it when a guaranteed path to victory exists. That's actually really important if you want to get better at card games: always prioritize playing around your opponent's outs when you are winning, and presume you will draw your outs when you are losing.
I think the very best choice is picking that same dragon twice. The top one gives the +1/+1 from fated (while the strike fizzles on the spell shield) and the bottom one actually strikes. Gives the dragon an extra attack point for when that can matter and any response that could work against 1 single combat would have been sufficient anyways (so no blowout potential/punish for doubling up on the same target).
Day 14 asking for Pantheon/Braum, the manliest deck edit: how does Grapplr make the most 5 head bluff pauses and unlikely plays in one game and then almost blunder into a mystic shot throw the next game?
He lives on Brazil I think. The real question is how is his English so good since I don't think he comes from an English speaking country and he's said on stream that the only time he speaks English in life is on stream lol
In that last game with the double Single Combat, I was literally yelling at my screen "Target a DRAGON!" and then rolled my eyes when you didn't use your Challenger on Screeching Dragon. You have GOT to slow down and play less emotionally. You almost threw a completely won game.
@@GrappLr Hey, that's perfectly fair. Just remember that people watch you to get better at the game. You are a really good player! Literally one of the best. It's okay to tell chat that you need to be quiet and focus for a bit, especially in a tough game against a good player like FaintHD. We all want to see you win!
It's fine. The end result doesn't really matter. Everyone knows "the deck would have won the game". As far as learning is concerned, if the mistake generates a conversation about why a different line was better, that's even more valuable than actually making the right play silently. ❤️❤️
I hate when streamers play honest decks. Makes me think that this game isn't literally made entirely for the benefit of degenerates. Curse whatever control player bullied the creators of this game into making a card game where healing and removal are completely dogshit and decks have dealt 14 damage on turn 4.

18:20 grapplr: this isn't a dragon
card: 'I am a dragon'
he lied
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
After the streak grapplr had a good hunch, his redemption from the dark side saga was coming along... But the papaya will eventually rise

I’ve played some dragon decks when a sol came out first, now this deck is so fun I can enjoy my dragons once more
Another great and long video with all the value, brought by Grapplr and Swagger, you and Tams make magic

"this is not a dragon"
... literally says that it is a dragon...
time to give grapplr a slapplr!
Ahh the return of the papaya and his lost dragons the sequel chat never asked for
RUclips's going to need that 30 minute bonus scene. :)

I knew dragons buffs where overtuned and the super aggro meta was what keep those lizards in check.

Thanks mr.grappler for popularizing this deck. I love dragons. who doesn't?
34:01 😇
just here to say that this is my next season asking for an intro/ bonus compilation request
0:19 Falou português ? Primeiro vídeo, que vejo seu( achei que era gringo).
I can't wait to see a 2 cost 3 attack dragon to make dragon aggro a thing😏
There already is one. The 2 mana 3/2 from SI.
what's the name of that sad song ?
Ok i was going to get plat with karma for the lord Papiya and then play dragon to get Dimond you are not makeing this ez man
The goat would of been the target I'd choose as the single combat target in the last game 😁
I disagree. It dies to a Mystic Shot, which loses the game. Going for a gem would have been really greedy. Picking two dragons was the right choice.
@@Josh-99 yeah but he had one card, I would of risked it, but yeah u edited my response. (From better choice to my choice)

Someone must struggle with deckbuilding. It's no secret that LoR is an aggro-centric game, but Control has had it's place in the meta several times.
Deck is absolute trash quit the click bait bs
