Really excited to finish my deck and play it! I think the one thing to be careful when building Runo is the mana value/cmc curve of your deck. Runo doesn’t actually help you cheat out any of these massive sea creatures so throwing in more than 5 6cmc creatures in a Dimir deck can be risky.
Very true, the cycling cards would help lower the curve, and I would focus in ways to cheat the big cards in. Quest for ulas temple I mentioned, but I'd also play quicksilver amulet and shifty doppelganger to cheat them into play.

If you have dakashima and your commander on the field they can target each other.
