I've been watching the solo camps. Totally different vibe with the wife. Nothing wrong with it but I prefer the solitude and challenge of the solo camps... it also seems like more of an intrusion on your personal life 👍✊️🖖

What a video!!! Which never disappoints. [ only when you are not able to build a fire ]. We know it is a lot of work but it is one of the top 5 reason for watching your camping experience. I first picked your video because of Victoria - a woman’s view. She is everything that we want in our daughters: strong, supportive, knowledgeable, feminine, and beautiful inside and out. ( a keeper ). Abel - you are very entertaining - talking to us as if we were there with you sharing your experiences. I have to mention your artistic eye in videoing: birds, sunrises, sunsets, winter wonderlands, snow peaks, raindrops, fire, and far and away shots. ( thank-you. All the extra behind the scenes work does get noticed. ). I’ll see you on your next adventure - Godspeed.

I really enjoy your videos. I live in Western Canada. I have always enjoyed roughing it when i go camping. I am in my mid sixties now so i am a little slower at things then i used to be My little Dog Marshmallow loved to sleep in the tent and be outdoors. He died in the beginning of March, so camping this year will not be the same without him. 14 years we were together. Took a survival course when i was in my early twenties, including winter survival. Keep sharing those great videos. Love and God Bless.

I never went on a wild camp without a tarp. It gives you a working and relaxing area that's separate from your bedroom, while still being outdoors..
Great camp again in horrendous conditions. Impressive fire lighting skills whilst 3 coats Victoria sat back with her cheeky smiles in the background. Go for the bacon on your next trip for brekky. Real enjoyable vlog well done both.

I used to love camping but now l cant do much of anything so it was great to see all the reasons that not camping any more. doesnt matter. I introduced my grandson to camping when he was 13 and he enjoys it too. Thanks for sharing.

Awesome cold wet camp. Tarps are great over a tent inner. Fly is often optional. I think I would retreat into the tent, put on dry clothes and bag and heat up some dehyd on the stove. Any camp with someone as cheerful as Victoria would be awesome. A wire mesh heat spreader under the thin titanium pan might help stop the burning.

Hi Abel and Victoria love the in side of your tent vary cosy with the lights 😊 you 2 are Awesome and amazing to camp in rain here is a tip that tarp on top of tent get a bigger one so you can hang your wet clothes maybe you can put a rope from one side to another side 😊

Hey. This spot is a few 100ks away from my other usual spots. I think there has been 1080 poison dropped there so pretty much all animal are dead

As you guys were right by Trees, you can always “wedge “ your branch pieces between two trunks to help process your firewood. Save on a lot of cutting!
