I did as soon as i saw Gaga as well, i turned off the video asap and thankfully no permanent damage was done.
After seeing Lady Gaga's acting chops in American Horror Story it completely changed my opinion of her, she is a talented person and actually a very grounded person despite what most people might assume about her from the image she has portrayed herself to be from her music career. Trust me when I tell you, she is going to make this movie something else.

Acutally, when Cooper invited Gaga to star in A Star Is Born, she made a deal with him, that she would teach him to sing, because she just would be in the movie if they could sing all live
AutoTune helps a lot. It's his voice but AutoTune keeps him in key. Everybody uses it nowadays, worth checking up on it in Wikipedia. The inventor's story is really interesting too.
So the story is that he didn't think singing was gonna be a hard feat, but then when he realized he sucks, he got some intense singing lessons. Looks like those lessons did pay off.
Trailer gave me the chills and tear up. Bradley is breath taking in this. Amazing rust belt/southern accent portrayal, considering he's from a northeastern city. Gaga's vulnerability is so raw and both of their voices are amazing. Oscar's 💛💛💛

Gaga truly transformed for this role...I literally was thinking “man I hope she can sing” when I saw the scene of her going up on stage and then I was like duh it’s Lady Gaga...I forgot who she was for a moment bc she turned into this different person for the film... that is true talent when you can embody another character and make people forget who you were before .
i wouldnt really say transformed as much as stripped down, shes always maintained that trendy fashionista persona as to keep her private life seperated from her public persona

Gaga went from over the top Musical Entertainer (in a good way) to raw talented actress which to me was a transformation. However, in the trailer to me it was more about the way she carries herself which made me believe she was a completely different person since I have never experienced that side of her. That is just my opinion on her performance and how I felt after watch the trailer ☺️
