This is the story of one of the X-Men’s most beloved characters, Jean Grey, as she evolves into the iconic DARK PHOENIX. During a life-threatening rescue mission in space, Jean is hit by a cosmic force that transforms her into one of the most powerful mutants of all. A franchise that is so under appreciated. If it wasn't for the X-Men, we will not be here today on the golden age of comicbook movies. Hope Dark Phoenix give us a fulfilling finale for this franchise.

Everybody talks about the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but people sometimes overlook the fact that 20th Century Fox has their own cinematic universe, and that they got started almost a decade before Marvel did. Their ambitious X-Men-iverse has produced some of the best superhero movies ever made, including X2: X-Men United, X-Men: First Class, Deadpool and Logan.
Then again, they have also produced some of the WORST superhero movies ever made, including X-Men: The Last Stand, X-Men Origins: Wolverine and X-Men: Apocalypse. So the good-to-bad ratio isn’t exactly phenomenal. Won’t lie. I’m gonna miss Fox’s XMen. Sure they’ve had their ups and downs, but the actors made it work. They took the X-men and made it this entire different outlook of it. The Wolverine trilogy was imo great and Fassbender as Magneto and McAvoy as Xavier was soo memorable. I will miss this great universe.
And Evan Peters as Quicksilver, don't forget!

I remember when X-Men came out when I was a kid. Regardless of what anyone says, X-Men is the pinnacle of comic book related films.
Agree! I will never forget the day when it first came out and made me a fan of the franchise too.
Even if the MCU does better for the X-men, I’m still gonna miss the freedom Fox had when making these films. They really changed comicbook movie. Before the MCU AND DCEU, there was the X-men.

XMEN: ENDGAME
They saw endgames figure and have learned from their marketing. They are definitely capitalising on the finale aspect, even if it’s not - fair enough to them this piece of marketing actually kinda got me excited for this movie (which I hear is a bit of a train wreck behind the scenes).

This franchise changed the game for comic book movies and adaptations!! It's had its hits and misses like any other franchise. Huge props to the entire cast that does such a phenomenal job bringing their character to life!! As much as i am insanely excited to see X-Men/F4 in the MCU... I will miss this version of the franchise!!

X-Men: Endgame. That sounds interesting.
X-Men: Great movie. While it hasn't aged that well, it still set the ground for actually good Comicbook-movies.
X-2: One of my favorites, one of the best opening sequences of Superhero-movies.
X-Men TLS: Flawed but fun movie.
X-Men Origins: Wolverine: Yeah... well... no... You know?!
X-men First Class: Underrated Masterpiece.
The Wolverine: Actually, very enjoyable. An R-rating would've propably improved it.
X-Men DoFP: My favourite of the main movies. One of the most impressive Scenes i've ever witnessed in the cinema (Quicksilver)...
Deadpool: Don't forget about this one! Pretty good for a low-budget movie! Definetly the most successfull of the Franchise.
X-Men Apocalypse: It had it's moments... Still better than TLS and Origins!
Logan: Oh my god, this was an emotional roller-coaster... It definetly deserved that Oscar the movie was nominated for!
Deadpool 2: Hilarious! I can't remember the last time i laughed so much while also almost starting to cry in one movie...
X-Men Dark Pheonix: Well... It's a second attempt of the Dark Pheonix storyline. Let's just hope it's not just TLS 2.0...
New Mutants: In the Cinema i always go to, there is a poster of this movie that has been hanging there for 2 years... so when is it coming out? Will it even be released? I mean, they got some Names attached to it, and there was a trailer in 2017...

X men franchise is pretty much underrated
These movies are a staple in my life. I have memories good and bad attached to each one that no other franchise can replicate. I love the MCU and what the DCEU could be, but X men will always have a place in my heart. I will miss this era, and I cannot wait for whatever is to come. Thank you x men actors and everyone who was a part of this masterpiece.

They're not treating it as existing in the continuity of the X-Men franchise, hence why there'll still be Deadpool Reynolds films made.
I think they avoided it because Deadpool will continue as opposed to the xmen. They'll reboot the xmen but not Deadpool. At least that's what it looks like.

I will cherish these movies more than any MCU movie that has ever come out
I'll always have appreciation for the X-Men films. I was 8 when the first one came out and I'm 27 now. So I've pretty much grew up with them. And even though they weren't all good X2 and Days of Future Past are two of my favorite Marvel movies ever.

The MCU has James Gunn, Joss Whedon and the Russo Bros. I think both series are pretty much even in terms of filmmaker competence.
I like how most of the comments here are just making fun of the mcu and when you look at the mcu they're just enjoying their trailer. Makes you think about who has the more toxic fanbase.

I was so little when I first watched the 1st X men movie. Absolutely loved Magneto's power. X men, X2 and X men: Last stand will always be in my best super hero movies list. I was marvelled by their powers and wished mutants were real. I wished I could fly like Warren. Hahaha. Nostalgia. Not sad that's the phase is ending.

I realized that I wasn't born during the trilogy of xmen lol but. I gotta admit I grew up being an ultimate fangirl of x-men. I think its around 2006 when I was 4 years old that I started watching them. I know I will cry in the cinemas on june 7. I will definintely miss X-men.

This X- Men's greatest gift is presenting Hugh Jackman as Logan.
From the 90's onward, X-men was the team of the moment.
A relaunch of the comic, the arcade game from konami and Fox kids' animated series lifted them further into greatness.
So when that first movie was on the way, you couldn't avoid it.
The underline social issues made it more phenomenal. So I'm proud to have rocked with Xavier's students for this long.
My eight year old self is wailing, this had been a huge part of my childhood too! Before MCU came, Fox's XMEN had gave me my first ever fav heroes in the big screen. I'm so in love with this franchise that until now I still do write fics abt it❤️❤️they'll always have a special place in my heart.

This is my childhood. I will never forget. All these movies changed my life. Thank you for them.
I was 10 years old when I stumbled across a commercial promoting the first X-Men film on a Saturday morning on Fox Kids. Me and my brother were psyched. Can’t believe that was almost 19 years ago. No other superhero films made itself so relatable with the real world. Fox’s X-Men will forever be my favourite super hero franchise for that reason.

I am so happy that I had the privilege to experience watching all X-Men films on the big screen from Summer of 2000 to the upcoming one. Despite a few setbacks on some of the films, Fox delivered a great franchise with the X-Men.

People need to show more respect for the X-Men franchise Period, it came when we had pretty much nothing, but Blade, No Batman or superman film's where out not even spider-man, ..all that came after X2, so show more respect and support for this film franchise

Many memorable characters weren't Stan Lee creations, of those that were we have what later writers did to bring them to what we know today.
He did some amazing work but gets too much credit for what collaborators and others did with them
