What is biblical counseling? Is it even mentioned in the Bible? Why seek biblical counseling? Are there benefits and advantages over other counseling? What is its role in the life of a believer or even an unbeliever?

All counselors should be Bible based!

I think , we should use the Bible to be applicable for ourselves without the injury and failure direction of the church. Going to church is only suppose to be a temporary situation.

Absolutely not, If you are a true Christian, and the Holy Spirit resides, you will feel the constant promptings to be involved with the Church. Read the Word, it explains the purpose and importance of the Church. Most of modern Christianity is week, because of the lack of involvement in the Church. Hope this helps.
