I am a tremendous fan of Sting's solo work, in love with his style, and have several of his albums. He is a storyteller at heart, and has many ethereal sounds that makes me feel so elevated, sublime. In terms of resonance, I know exactly what you mean, that nuance of incomplete, it does leave your mind open to wander, wonder...does that make sense? Omg, I have tons of Sting songs I would love to suggest, too many to pick.

Thank you for reacting to a song from the Mercury Falling album. I saw him on the Mercury Falling tour, with Sarah McLachlan opening for him. What an amazing double bill. This album, and The Soul Cages, don't get the attention they deserve. I would suggest you check out the live version of "Why Should I Cry for You" (Berlin 2010).
