@@Peanut_SSBU I learned Little Mac from watching you, and playing as him a ton, and my friend always complains about KO pinch but I always say; he Definitely needs it!
@@kingkrool1935 It is completely reasonable to expect people to behave in a civil way. In some sports, being unsportsmanlike can get you a penalty! It is a normal expectation that people don't freak out.
@@kingkrool1935 First of all we have seen players get body harder and not throw controllers or scream like Leo Vs Esam, Sparg0 Vs Leo etc. And second of all why get tilted hard so getting 3rd at a local that's just being weird, especially if you have been playing competitively for yrs, that just shows lack of tolerance which is dumb
The craziest thing is how well he utilizes Mac's strengths. Because of how well his playstyle and character choice go together, Peanut only has to capitalize on a single opportunity to wipe out a whole stock.
5:13 Wow. A commentator that actually knows what he's talking about. It was blatantly obvious during the smash 4 era that commentators didn't know about Mac, didn't respect their players, and didn't care to learn about the meta. It's true. Mac players are actually looking to play for neutral moreso than I think any character because it is vital to get standing counterhits with smash attacks and whiff punishes. If you hang back it gives Mac more time to think through the gameplay you've presented thus far and usually people think they have better neutral than Mac players which is genuinely not true most of the time. It's a perception thing, Mac players are required to play smarter neutral because they cannot follow through with an air gameplan as much as other characters. I haven't played since this game dropped as I don't own a switch but if Mac actually got the changes he needed through the many patches this game received I might have to pick up the gloves again.

For me it's actually the other way around because he didn't let it affect his sportsmanship. Anyone who has the restraint to give their opponent an honest fistbump after losing despite clearly being frustrated over the loss gets major props from me. We don't always have control over what gets us angry, but what we do have control over is how we let it affect our actions.
Man I’ve been waiting for him to incorporate that in … it’s essential to being a good little Mac you have to keep people from thinking they can just rush you down to get you off stage and even when your off stage … a lot of the time it’s painful clear to see if your little Mac and they get you off stage they are most definitely coming to get you - might as well and go for the counter
Eh, unless you know him personally you can't really say that. Emotions can run a bit hot in tournament, it's not necessarily representative of a person's general temperament.
