Eggplant pizza recipe🍆

I am so happy with how this eggplant pizza recipe turned out! Hands down, I would say this is my favorite baked eggplant recipe. You can also add any veggies you have in your fridge, like I did!
Ingredients:
Eggplant - 1 piece
olive oil
Salt
Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes.
tomato sauce
Cherry tomatoes
cheese
Black olives
green olives
mushroom
Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.
