GH writers back in this time period, thank you for this storyline. I've been a Robin/Patrick fan for awhile and was interested in Stone from that... I wanted to know about him and watch their story. I never expected it to have such a beautiful inspirational effect on me. This was a gift... I cried right along with them. Things do happen for a reason, Stone's purpose was to enrich the lives of others. A storyline like this is so much more than just characters on a show, it touches lives. Real lives. Thank you for the gift of Stone.
It's times like this where I'm able to forget about cops, mobsters, and power hungry monsters. I still like re-watching the 3rd Nurses Ball with Janis Ian's performance, the creation of the Stone Cates Memorial AIDS Wing, the death of John Henley, and Jason saving Robin on stage.
+Jennifer Varnum just all soaps, especially on ABC during the 90's where perfect, I used to fake sick, so I wouldn't have to go to school so I could watch All My Children, General Hospital, and had a second TV and programmable VCR for Guiding Light!
No other funeral on GH has ever made me cry as hard as Stones. The only other one that came close was when Robert and Anna supposedly died. I felt bad for Robin, losing her parents at the same time. But Stone's funeral was the most heart wrenching to watch but i loved it.. GH was good back then...
Soaps are Crap Now! The New Actors Can't Act and The Seasoned Ones are Dying Off. These were the days of wine and roses. True Acting and Great Story lines. In another 10 years u bet Soaps will no longer be around. We have the memories.
@JustJ4Life1 brenda wore a wire to try and get info for the cops about Sonny's business. He found the wire on her and broke up with her, that' s why he was so angry with her. He forgave her slowly but surely, even when he was angry with her he still loved her.
Lily is so damn tacky, throughout the whole damn ordeal, all she did was lear around breathing down Sonny and Brenda's neck. I guess she could not recognize that Sonny had a life before her, Stone, Brenda, Robin and Sonny were all so close and went through so much together..Lily should have just been humble and stepped aside, but instead she kept being her needy self..
This is when the show was AMAZING!!! They respected the older characters and the families who made up Port Charles they didn't constantly kill off key members of the cast writing so much better back then it did continue to be good during Patrick and Robin era, but after that it's really going downhill I think of all the deaths even during these pictures I just shows no respect to the veterans killing off Tony Jones Allen and then so many of the younger people who you need to live so they carry on their families name and legacy like Georgie and Emily and so many more that's the one thing that annoyed me other than that I love GH in the 90s and early 2000s now I just have no interest I couldn't even tell you who most of the people are LOL but if they brought Robin and Patrick back I would watch again but only if they could get Jason Thompson which would be hard since he plays Billy on y&r
When Sonny and Mac held hands with Robin, there wasn't a dry eye in my head.
That moment when Mac took Sonny's hand. Just beautiful.

Thank you for keeping this online. That 90s era was the best that General Hospital has ever been.

Sonny may not be able to trust Brenda now but he will learn soon. Brenda taught him how to love and trust.
She actually did
I watched GH then and still watch it today. with all the soaps going off the air I hope it doesn't happen to GH I would go nuts!!
I like this Sonny.

i been yelling about that to gh now is cast member come and go no story telling its sad to
@lerochka77 - nope, she didn't move in with Sonny until they were married. At this time, she lived above Kelly's.

Did they say why Jagger,Karen and his sister was not there ?
Lily isn’t the reason Sonny’s not with Brenda, he said here he couldn’t trust her.
@avsfan73 They r still there; they may not b around each other alot but trust&believe the love is still there no matter what

I hate it her character she just did not fit in and I thought her and funny did not go well together
WHERE IS THIS ROBIN AND SONNY?????
@aoj42000 I'm sorry. I misspelled "LIVED" I wanted to know if she lived in Sonny's PH at that time already.
Does anyone see how Jason is looking at robin and not keesha

what's the name of the song at the end of the video?
Sonny has so much nerve talking to Brenda about trust when he is the most untrustworthy person in the history of GH. 😅
I don't remember, does Lily leave in PH?
@lerochka77 Lily if you are talking about the one that was married to sonny she died in a car bomb while pregnant with sonny child!
y cant soony trust brenda?
She wore a wire
@@carriebrooks2377 brenda made up for that she was young she made a mistake and she owned up for it
That's nothing. She once wore red to her wedding with Alan Quartermaine. Either that or at another funeral.
To her wedding.yup yup..
