im sooo glad you liked it. First i wanted to suggest one of his very old songs "Dramaturgy" its one of my favorites but that was before the animation really stepped up its game.
I'm glad you enjoyed this so much. :) Kudos to FullmetalHeichou for the recommendation. My kid is a big EVE fan, and could probably recommend some similar things. I might have some ideas, too.
Your community is so cool for these suggestions. I had the thought that the theme may be a heart subdued and words held captive. Maybe scenes depicting relationships of various sorts following Person X who either learnt to become reserved or was trained so as to “eat” his words and by extension his feelings + humanity.
It could also follow a story of addiction somehow.

Actually this musical video comes from a manga and novels that if I remember correctly function as a prequel, they should also react to "fight song" which is a direct continuation of "How to Eat Life".
One of his more recent songs is also kinda groovy~ It’s called Kororon , it also has a MV and the English subtitles are available on the video! I hope you’ll react to Eve more in the future, he’s really a talented artist!
