      They are both the same, ogiri ibo is called ogiri is because of the smell.

      They are all better and serve different purposes. Though, each of them can substitute for the other.

      You can certify how fresh your fish is,
      1. When you buy directly from pond to dry by yourself
      2. The packaging

    Palm oil is one of the worst oils to cook with. It’s very inflammatory. Just research it. Thanks for sharing and be safe family
