Cook With Me ( How To Cook Nigerian Vegetables Soup (a.k.a Efo Riro)

Hello everyone, welcome back to Blessing cookhouse. In today video I will be sharing with you guys, how I cook the Nigerian vegetable soup a.k.a Efo Riro.
Theses are the ingredients
2 branches of fresh kale
2 branches of fresh Silverbeet or Swiss chard
3kg beef with bone in
Beef Broth from the meat
Onions
Garlic
Ginger paste
Mushrooms
Fresh prawns
Red capsicum
Homemade mixed spice you can use any spice of your choice
Maggi cubes according to your taste
Salt according to your tastes
Dry fish
Crayfish powders
Please use good quality red oil and if you have dawdaw you can add or shrimps paste you can add.
