Not necessary for new installment. But gas refueling it's necessary to vacuum it.
@@mindrentedkota2531 Eysa nhi hai bhai, new ho ya old, vacuum zaroori hai, room chota ho to fark pata nhi chalega but room bada ho to pata chalega ki machine kitne kam cooling capacity se kaam chala raha hai. Vacuum karoge to machine full cooling capacity pe kaam karegi.
If vaccuming had not done by the time of installation, then risk of chocking the pipeline increased, and eventually it will choke the pipeline, and cooling will be decreased.

Improper installation, typical of Indians 😂.
The line set should be tied below the outdoor unit in a coil that is resting horizontally. They stuffed it behind the ac and blocking airflow to the condenser + increased chances of oil collection at the pipes.
No vaccum performed so depending on the humidity of that time now you have air in the system that is compressed and all that water condensed. It will slowly block the txv or capillary and make the oil less effective.

Bhai, I need to know. 200 sqft room (10ft height), direct sunlight on rooftop, o general 1.5 ton kafi hoga? ya 2 ton hi lun? 1.5 ton is hard to afford on it's own, but kya 1.5 ton long run ke hisab se sahi rahega, ya proper 2 ton hi lena chahiye? Bina AC ke room ka temp 40+ ho jata hai.

@@bonydagarautomotive are you sure? last time I had voltas 1.5 ton, it worked good for first year, then from next, it's cooling reduced, all technician said my ac is fine and room was too big. I would like to avoid this same mistake. But I've heard o general ac's are in different category, but still not sure whether 1.5 ton will be durable enough for this room.
2 ton from o general costs around 65 thousand. There's another brand hitachi, which costs about 50K and offers cooling capacity as written. Have heard good and bad things both about this. So confused.
Don’t go for hitachi i have 3 hitachi Ac and all are in bad condition within 3 years of age and Volta’s ac are also poorest in cooling go for General or Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ac for Sustainable Cooling if you are sure that your room is 200 square feet then o general 1.5 non inverter will solve your issue and if your area is big then go for 2 ton
@@bonydagarautomotive thanks for replying, the 3 Hitachi you have are they inverter model or non inverter? Like I've said, the room is about 200 sqft and direct sun on rooftop. 40+ temp inside room without ac.
2 ton seems like the right choice both size and economy wise, but 2 ton from o general and mitsubishi are out of my budget. Hitachi Takeshi series 2 ton non inverter is 50k but you said they're not good, then that leaves me with Panasonic and Daikin and I've no idea about these.
Also 1.5 ton from general seems like the right choice but I fear it might loose some of it's cooling capacity in a year like it happened with my voltas. And someone told me is always better to have .5 ton extra than required.
I Have Both Inverter and non inverter models of hitachi if your budget don’t allow o general then go for Daikin or Carrier Ac they both the brands are good in mid range go for 2 ton Ac if you are going in midrange

Horrible experience with O General. Got a brand new AC got it installed but not cooling lodged complaint but no responce from Service center its been 4days.

Yes I agree that service of Fujitsu general service is not that good in india if you are not staying in metro cities but if you are facing cooling issue it might be because it is not properly installed or it can be a leakage issue also plz get in touch with your dealer too .
