Oh my going through the sweater pick out process with you all was perfect. I now want to cast on that sweater but I need you all sitting in my living room to help me pick colors.
Hello Beautiful Ladies from Mounds, Illinois. The Noni is a beautiful sweater and easy to knit, I am getting ready to knit another one. My first one I did the ribbing for the sleeves, neck, and the split hem.
You girls are hysterical! Please let us know what you listened to! Katies stripe sweater is AMAZING!!! The Colours, The Shape..... PERFECT!! Going on my List
Great video! Sarah, your hair was very pretty today. And you looked good in Katie's sweater! What a great job Katie. Perhaps you would be interested in doing a short video from the show you are going to. Show the different booths, if there are any and interview some of the retailers or dyers. That would be cool to watch.
So lovely to see your latest podcast and I was happy to see you in person today at Lacombe. I really like the shawls you will be showcasing in Vancouver Alice
Ya’ll are very special. On the dating sweater, great ideas and colors. What about using one of the opal color changing DK options gif the third color. I also really love that sweater as sleeveless. It is really excellent. Have from at the fiber frolic.🎉
I really enjoy when your podcast comes out each week. You guys really get excited when the creative spark kicks in, and you work thru choosing colors for your next project. The crux shawl really caught my eye. My school colors were maroon and grey(Grey Ghosts) and I have always loved that combination. The larger wrap is stunningly beautiful. The beginning of Katie’s headband has an interesting pattern. All of you do exquisite work. So inspiring. Thank you.
Sarah you could have been a friend/classmate of mine from high school. I graduated in 1990, high school years 86-90. Love the hair love you in the double date sweater 😊❤
Sarah - your hair!! How gorgeous are those curls…❤ Always a great watch - sooo many project ideas today - looking forward to trying Sarah’s lovely large blanket/shawl and Katie’s sweater. ❤
“Sample my crux (sounds like crutch)” came to mind and had me in stitches. Probably not the feels you are going for though. Nearly finished the Katie shawl and am super excited to start the Krissy very soon. Thank you for all the inspiration ❤
I love your excitement for a wonderful pattern! The Double Date looks amazing! Well I might just be casting it on too, thinking maybe just a solid or go crazy and fade it! Thanks for always having so much love for knitting 🧶 ❤
Enjoy y'all trip have fun,... I love all the projects y'all made,.... Its good to get away now and then,.. stay safe ,. Hurry back,. Y'all will be miss,.. happy Knitting ladies.... 💕🍁🌿🍃🌾🍂🍁🍂💞🙂😁😊💜... Fall 🍁🍂 its in the air.... 😁😊
its been quite some time since i've kept up with knitting podcasts, but you lot always get me in the crafty mood. thank you for all of the lovely videos and knitspiration :)
I recently discovered the alternating cable cast on and (in my opinion) looks just as good as the tubular cast on and much less finicky, plus you no longer have to try to guess your tail length. It’s my “go to” for just about everything! And if not starting with ribbing I just do a cable cast on for the same reasons. Much nicer looking than long tail.
Hey Ladies! My only desire is that I'd wish you ladies would allow each other to really finish saying your thoughts especially when introducing a knitting that each of you are doing. Many times I go away not being quite sure of all that was said or shown. And I watched you ladies more than a few times. If you gals would do that I think i'd enjoy you all that much more. Happy end of Year! Enjoy your Holidays.
I find sometimes I need to read the transcript while they talk. Click on the more, look down about halfway and click on transcript. I do that for all the British podcasts I hear.😅
If you want to listen to an audiobook and be in the knitting mindset I am enjoying Life in Stitches. Read by the author. It’s a series of short stories/essays about her knitting experiences
What was the name of the shop that you got the Opal yarn from? I kept hearing Eden as the person's name but couldn't quite make out the name of the shop. Thanks, Have fun at the Festival.
That unnamed scarf is gorgeous!!
How about the "Stone Soup Sampler" as there is anything and everything in Stone Soup. 🙃😜😁
Ooh that’s a good book. And a good name!
I second this!!!! Good book, good name!
Katie’s sweater looks so good!!!

Oh I love that Fireweed Wrap! It turned out sooooo pretty.
18:59 y’all are so old! “Books on tape” 🤣😂 (jk, I’m an 80s baby too, but the kids here are confused I’m sure)
Honestly Sarah I think you should do the same colours as Katie! At the very least, definitely that brown. Looks so good on you!

I agree with the previous person that stone soup sampler would be an awesome choice for the shawl.

The Crux of the Matter Sampler?? And when will the pattern be available for those of us far, far away from the fiber festival?
“Sample my crux (sounds like crutch)” came to mind and had me in stitches. Probably not the feels you are going for though. Nearly finished the Katie shawl and am super excited to start the Krissy very soon. Thank you for all the inspiration ❤
One of my favourite things about your podcast is when project plans hatch before our eyes 😁
The sweater is cute even with no sleeve. Good job!
