Thank you for all the videos, very informative. For hydration - is this only water or does drinking electrolytes do those ounces count into your 1/2 body weight in water? Or coffee/tea fluids do those count?
Blame the toast for the blood glucose spike but you drank orange juice with it. Orange juice has no fiber and though has vitamin c is high in sugar. I would love to see this test done with no orange juice or orange juice in both meals.
8:54 Do you recommend a particular electrolyte? I drink a ton of water but I do pee a lot, and pee is clear (sorry TMI) which I always thought meant i was hydrated but if I’m understanding you correctly, actually the opposite is true.
