    It's also nice to know that you can program the devices straight from the panel, cause it could be a bit of a hassle trying to get the PC software, but I am on the lookout for a kentec syncro or ctec xfp

      @fst1775  3 года назад +1

      Yeah true, there both very good panels. Most programming can be done on the main controls which is good. For example assigning zones, labelling devices and other configuration options such as cause and effect.

      You didn't get the xfp or the Syncro You Got A Morley And Advanced

    Thanks to Adam (AS Systems) there is a way to make the panel infinite access 2, basically with the enable control terminal you put one end of a wire into one terminal and the other wire in the other side of the terminal, its simple and it'll stay in level 2 always.
    and yes the Intelligent sonos does tone hold but they mildly stutter when they tone hold.
    Multi tone open area's do tone hold just like the xp95 sounder beacon bases.

      Thank you for letting me know that. what terminals is it, I see terminals comms so I’m not sure if it’s that, or whether it’s underneath the pcb.

      Do the integrated base sounders not tone hold? That's kinda sad because I don't have a sounder beacon base but I'm getting a multi tone open area sounder

    Good video. Are you thinking about getting some Soteria devices and an XP95 Zone Monitor?

      Thanks! I definitely will at some point. Soteria detectors should be compatible with my panel.

    Buy a Sonos sounder because it's my favourite fire alarm from Apollo PS put it in your system

    Yeah I want to get some discovery sounders too but it's really sad that they don't tone hold, but the discovery base sounders have lots of tones

    • @fst1775
      @fst1775  3 года назад

      Yeah your right, also I heard you can control beacon and sounder separately too! But I think you can only do that with an advanced panel.

    • @Jaacon0501
      @Jaacon0501 3 года назад

      @@fst1775 Half and half with kentec, the discovery base sounder beacon can have its beacon controlled separately on every panel that supports them. the Kentec you can make them audible silence in access 3 by changing output settings on 29.1 for example and turning silence off and the beacon will continue to flash
      Advanced panels do it by default.
      For Apollo Advanced panels are by far the best option as they have the most support.

    • @Jaacon0501
      @Jaacon0501 3 года назад

      Tones can be changed front end on advanced mx4 or mx5 panels but on kentec's you have to do it via software, XFP's might have the option front end however
