Unlike football , a captain in cricket takes crucial decisions for game. All players contribution is also important but as for cricket a captains role is always important. If captain is not given credit for win than why are they responsible for defeat 😅. In cricket , captainship is not a easy tasks unlike other sports like football. Unlike football , a captain in cricket takes crucial decisions for game. All players contribution is also important but as for cricket a captains role is always important. If captain is not given credit for win than why are they responsible for defeat 😅. In cricket , captainship is not a easy tasks unlike other sports like football. A crucial captain decision can change the match in cricket ( field position , bowling spell, batting order, taking all responsibility along with own self performance , post match critics) that's too much pressure for a captain . That's why they are given praise in cricket.
