    With the utmost respect. Did your people have a version of a clam/seafood chowder ? I have had a wonderful time trying your recipes and comparing them to my ancestors originally from Ireland and Scotland. Thank you for introducing me to sumac as well. Wonderful subtle flavoring. Many sincere thanks. Love your content.

      Traditionally we don't live by the coast, we are around Lake Michigan and Lake Huron so not a lot of seafood but lots of freshwater fish. There is a fish soup/stew recipe however that I'll add to my list ♥️
