Visiting the Arizona Memorial should be high on your list. It's a place of deep reflection, and my visit there was truly memorable. Years ago, I had the privilege of being there, experiencing its solemn atmosphere. During my visit, veterans present that day guided tours and shared their personal stories. It was an unforgettable experience, deeply moving and educational. Sadly, many of those veterans are no longer with us.

@robertstone9988 right. Reality is best. In reality subs weren't limited to 3 minutes under water. Also some German subs had engine snorkels which allowed them to stay submerged but run on engines instead of battery.

This is Pearl this base is hallowed ground. During WWII our fleet died here and 24 hours after the attack WWII began when FDR declared war on Japan. Today Pearl has been rebuilt and it is now the headquarters of the Pacific Fleet. Hickam Air Force Base on Ford Island was also rebuilt with half of it serving as Honolulu International Airport. If you land at Honolulu look out the window because around you in Pearl and you will be standing on hallowed ground. In the harbor are the remains of Arizona, Oklahoma, Nevada, and Utah with USS Missouri towering over the wrecks. Gato Sub USS Blowfin is also here and they do tours to show what it is like inside a Sub during WWII.
Even though I'm in USA, I doubt I'll ever be able to afford a trip to Hawaii. However, just out of Highschool, prior to President Reagan refitting them, I did have a chance to visit the USS Missouri in Bremerton. It was even more impressive because it was much like it was during WW2.

Bravo!! Expertly done as only World of Warships can do it! Great mix of news reels and animations! (A little surprised that U.S.S. Utah was not mentioned at all though. It was an obsolete Battleship but was also sunk and is still there.)
Crew of the U.S.S. North Carolina remember that originally, it was their ship where the surrender ceremony was to be conducted. One of the crew specifically remembered a plaque which had been made for the event and embedded in the deck had to be removed when it was decided that U.S.S. Missouri was to have this honor instead. It made sense that U.S.S. North Carolina would have been chosen, and the ship had seen much more battle time than Missouri. But maybe that Missouri was President Truman's home state had something to do with it.

Do you lose credits if you dont use it the same day? I played the first day and got12.000.000 credits and next day they are gone. You should have some warning saying when you log out if you want to use it or lose it.

I later learned that a cousin was aboard the USS Cummings (DD-365) moored in that navy yard on Dec. 7th of '41. They disconnected from navy yard utilities, fired up the boilers and got up enough steam to move within 30 minutes. They moved out of the navy yard and were coming down the channel (along the same spot where we were located at the moment) right behind the USS Nevada as the Nevada was hit by 1 torpedo and multiple bombs then grounded on Hospital Point to avoid blocking the harbor channel. The USS Cummings and my cousin at that moment left the harbor and began their WWII service. Cousin passed away a couple years ago at 99 years of age & was viewed as local hero residing in Waco, Texas.

They usually buzzed the hair off to minimize lice infestation. Late US Senator Daniel Inouye was at Pearl Harbour and witnessed the attack and would later join the 442Regimental Combat Team. So many remarkable stories that come from Pearl Harbour.
No satellite's, far fewer ships sailing on the ocean's to report any such fleets of ships. They also sailed farther to the north where there are few island's and way fewer ships. And the crude "Radar that was so new it squeaked", was not to be believed by most people even the high ranking officers.
The ocean is vast. Ships may operate under "radio silence". Weather may hide ships from airplanes. US military readiness may not have been as ready as they thought they were. And etc. & etc.
I hope WOWS can develop the USS Pennsylvania (BB-38) 1945 vision the ship which revenge for her sister USS Arizona (BB-39) during the Battle of Surigao Strait 1944
You do not need to apologize for the actions of other people. I have been to Hiroshima and have rung the Peace Bell. I served in the US Marine Corps and was stationed at Iwakuni, at the time (1990). People are people. We can all learn from the past and strive to make the world a better place.

I'd like to see more Naval Legends episodes, especially about the Japanese aircraft carriers.
These documentaries take very long to make, however we do have a long list of places we want to visit and we are actively working on it!

I still have my flag they flew over the USS Arizona when I reenlisted on her. I also have my USS Bowfin flag when I reenlistted on her.
