Glad you were patient with the new Dealer! After your session, she’ll be a pro soon. You just made it more comfortable for her next go-around. Thank you!
you can also tell just based on the dealers mannerisms that she is a new dealer. I'm a dealer too so you can notice the difference between a new dealer and an experienced one
Loved the content MHP, you were great with the dealer. Very considerate and patient. Many others would be obnoxious in this situation, thanks for being classy as ever
Really terrible dealer. It’s hard enough to risk thousands of dollars per hand let alone have to worry about a slow nervous dealer screwing everything up. I know you try to be nice MHP but she was pretty bad. Thanks for content.
In general, I think people would prefer the newer dealers to sit at higher edge tables like spanish or a 6:5 table, and let the tables for actual players have the experienced dealers.

@@mcfly7 Why they would put the new hire on the filming session is beyond me. They allow these videos to entice people to come into the casino. Based on every dealer he's had at Rivers in Des Plaines I would never step foot in there. They've all been painfully slow.
You could always try with much less but your bankroll should be at least 100x your minimum bet if you plan to play long term. Try a $200 buyin but have more money ready if you lose or need to split double. All buying in for more does is puts more of your money on the table for you to lose you might catch a good shoe and win then your buyin really doesn't matter. I play 100-300 a hand usually and I'll buyin 500 all black once I lose 2-3 buyins I'll usually walk and try another table or take a break
I had to FF. The dealer made it too painful to watch. I'm surprised the casino would let someone seemingly so inexperienced to deal at such high limits.
