Have you tried dry me a river from the rag company? I prefer that over the super plush towels.

That's one I haven't tried. I'm not a big fan of the waffle weave towels except for window cleaning. It's just a personal preference. My first true drying towel was the Meguiar's that I showed in the video. I actually have 2 of their water magnet waffle drying towels but I just use them on my rims, never tried them on the paint. Maybe I'll test the one you suggested, thanks for the comment.

I’m thinking of buying a pair of 20x40. How absorbent are they?

@ they are very absorbent, almost to the point of wondering how it’s physically possible. They aren’t that great for cleaning. Some people like to dry and “clean” off the last bits of dust on the car at the same time. Any dirt on it will get dragged onto the next part of the car you wipe. That means your car should be absolutely clean by the time you use this towel.

Why did you dry 3/4 of the car and the camerama Only 1/ 4? Are you suggesting the cameraman is not pulling their weight? seriously though twist loop towels are the best by a long way, i’ve never really liked the plush Maguires’s towels they alway streak.

Thanks for watching. The Cameraman likes to take his time plus he was in the shade, I had to move quickly since I was in the Sun. 100% agree, I'm finding that the twist loop works great for just about everything. I wish I would have discovered the TRC FTW before I stocked up on new towels. All you need is 1 or 2 Liquid8R's some Eagle 500's and FTW's and your all set.
