I got the same setup but no headers. My LT1 HPFP died after a few thousand miles so I tossed in the LT4 HPFP and gained 43ft lbs and 10 rwhp just from the pump. 568tq 588hp on 8lbs of boost.
@@notbuyingit8047 my high pressure fuel pump died recently too at 5500rpm to 6500 the pressure would drop to 500 ish psi instead of being at 2000+psi I also have a LT4 pump but idk if it would ruin the stock LT1 injectiors or if the stock tank pump would have enough pressure to support the bigger high pressure pump.
@ according to my logs it’s doing fine. Duty cycle is well below 35% from what I recall. What you described is exactly what my fuel pressure was doing when the stock pump went out. I could drive around fine but misfired under hard acceleration in the upper rpm range. I’ve had no trouble for thousands of miles since then. I figure I’ll upgrade for more fuel whenever go forged internals.
I was thinking of building camaro ss 2014 to 700hp would you do manual or auto trans for street racing and if you did auto would you have to upgrade it

Did you do injectiors too or just the pump? LT4 pump/LT1 injectors?
