The pain wear on the Captain America figures is because of the colour of the face. The head is actually all blue with the pain colour applied after the case. The paint they use for flesh colour is really bad for wear. The point of the nose is the most exposed part of the figure, thus the paint wear.
Do they not use that same paint on other figures? I see paint wear 10X more on his nose than any other Marvel Figure in any scale. I

The Kmart price ticket is date coded...the numbers along the top going left to right begin with a two digit month wich yours is October and two digit year which is 93. The number 4 is the department witch is toys.

@@80sToysRoc Yes, it was my first job out of high school. I started in November of 1989 as seasonal help then got hired in after Christmas. It was a small store in northeastern Ohio. Have you ever heard of a toy show called Toyhio?
There was a L.O.L. car that looks to be the same size as the Bratz car people were looking for.
I've picked up one secondhand as well, all I have to do is make sure my figures fit.
