I think death match would be a massive update. We need something to hop into and get a feel for the game when we first jump on and the aim trainer in game isn’t amazing. They don’t have any moving targets and few changes can be made to the targets in the shooting range. Make it like most games no abilities and only use one specter. They could tie deathmatch into crew scores and make it slightly competitive as well.
Deathmatch would be incredible but i dont think there are enough consistent players for it to work just yet, especially OCE sadly as it has a very small player pool
If it does give crew score I feel like tdm should definitely give way less score than regular or ranked does so people don't try and spam tdm to get super high crew scores
@@phinks5368 I agree that it should give less score 100% find a way to balance it. The average game takes anywhere from 30-40 mins and a deathmatch would probably be 10min match’s so 1/3 of the score feels fair.
@@peck5524 it should be less than that, if this games wants to pride itself with a crew system like it does, dm would water down the competitive nature. dm is also very trivial and doesn't reflect real interactions in the game at all. people playing super aggressive in every match would not reflect the methodical and tactical approach this game is trying to create. just my two cents.
When you get I think we will feel the changes in a match more than training. Think of all of the times you were winding up a nade throw and it catches a corner while you were moving, or the Ryker Scanner. That 20% will help with those accidental corner hits that happen from time to time.
I dont know if they have this feature or not but, in Valorant there is a feature that make you have different keybinds between agents. To me this would be good for smokers since some smoke sponsors, like morgan/bloom have the smoke bind in 2 different buttons. Wish they bring this into SD. Great QOL patch, thanks for the coverage.
It has bullet lag is the only way I can put it. Shoot a wall and run left or right when ads and you will see it. (My specs 5900x 4070 ti super at 40ish ping) Sometimes it's not so bad but the frame drops are still happening also. Great game but we need game stats. Concentrating on the gameplay is 1st I get it, but not having a game recap is rough.
I was hoping to see the vector orb in the video as it was the most annoying util to use even after firing you had to wait like half a sec for the orb to leave the hand and if you moved your aim it would mess up the direction
this game needs to have a decent matchmaking tbh this the only thing worrying me right now , I'm current Ruby 4 and im matched with first time players queueing for ranked , in what world does that make sense i rather wait 25 mins in queue then 9 mins and be placed with unranked/gold/plat/emeralds.
That's exactly what happens to dead games. It truly says something when people that helped develop the gameplay/style refuse to play it unless they're paid to do so.

Not true the game has something that happens round start and random games drop. My guess is something to do with reflex or frame cap vs not. I don't use dlss so. CPU bound game tho so it could be an AMD thing also.
@@sodiacTV yes, with their alleged plans to move to console and controller support, as much as i don't think this game is suitable for controllers, if it brings in more players and more funding to keep the game around then im all for it. my only hope is that the devs don't cater to the controller crowd too much as for competitive aspects of the game.
These patch notes may be short. But this is probably THE biggest change they have made so far. Im all about improving the gameplay flow.

W Video, but splinter grenade not being able to hurt you is kinda crazy
I find myself barely using util because of how long it takes it seems like I’m always getting caught with my smoke out lol hopefully this is fixed
The patch notes mentioned the bug with Morrgen not properly disabling friendly fire. They'll release an update on that when it actually works.
I think it would be good if you show a video of a side-by-side comparison of the old VS new changes in one of your future videos.

The nade not hurting you is bad, because you can throw a nade and peek into it to surprise someone.

This is not on matchmaking, but on the amount of players. They have to make compromises, and they made it here.

It has active devs, they need to polish the game and then have a big marketing push, which I think is what they are planning.
