I hear you loud and clear! Ever since releasing Find the Keys a couple of months ago Cuphead has been the number one requested track from you guys! Well here it is!
I wanted to try something a little different with this one, if you follow my work you know I love me some puns, so this was an exercise in extreme punditry, there are over 100 beverage based puns hidden through the lyrics to this song! Some are easy, some are much more subtle or cryptic but you can find all the answers in the unlisted answers video above!

Not only that but every piece of percussion in the song is made from cups! Or cup related items... I hit a lot of things with spoons a few weeks ago!

Half of me wonders if Stupendium researched old drink brands and the like to make this song but the other half is fully aware Stupendium is EXACTLY the kinda guy who for some reason just naturally has extensive knowledge of the history of beverages

1:40 It took me a solid three years to notice that the numbers on the side of King Dice's head are 1 and 4. Every two opposite sides of a dice must combine to 7, i.e. that 1 should have been a 3 like it is in the Cuphead game, since the 1 is already his nose. In other words: In this version King Dice is cheating.

I'll give the Sparkling Cola for best pun to "gay tirade" as "Gatorade."

I can't express how much of an impact this song had on my life.

Like a complete butterfly effect occurred, other things had an impact of course but this song got me into swing, cuphead, old-time animation, acapella, and resurged my love of fanwork. Like if I hadn't heard thins song I may not have taken that swing class that helped me with my image issues and without that swing class I wouldn't have the confidence to workout which is helping me stay healthy during covid and gave me enough confidence to apply for a job which I now have, and without that job I wouldn't have been able to buy my first car. Not to mention this song and Or3o's clover project making me put more work into animating

This was one of the first Stupendium songs I ever listened to and I was absolutely blown away by how tight and clever the lyrics were. Three and a half years later and some of these lyrics are still stuck in my head. It would be amazing to see this one remastered with all of the new skills you've developed since.

It's absolutely mental that this came out over 3 and half years ago and I'm still yet to find anything that can hold a mug to the density of puns in this song.
This is the song that is the definition of playing with lyrics. Hiding over 100 beverage puns, and making a normal lyrics is a genious move. And here i learnt that you animate your own videos, which is impressive. And the "get your mind out of the gutter" is in such a great context that it always feel a bit uncomfrotable.
