Thank You, I keep thinking, “don’t mess up”. Still feel like I’m guessing a little, but making progress

Thanks for the review. Yes more pond videos. I have two Hiblow pumps for my shallow(max depth 7 ft) 5 acre pond . I have 1-HP80 and 1-HP 120 LL, pushing 6 diffusers. I didn't run power to the pond. I run the pumps near my home and push the air through 1/2" and 5/8' tubing for the distance to the pond. I think the furthest diffuser is apprx. 400 ft from the pumps location.

Sounds like a nice setup, does the aerator “work”. Any harder with a second diffuser or additional ones?

@@YoungbloodFamilyFarm It handles it fine. 2 are hooked up to the hp 80 and 4 to the 120ll. The depths are so that it can handle them just fine. Much deeper though and I'd need a rocking piston pump, but my pond despite having a large surface area probably only maintains an average depth of 4 ft. So I need a lot of diffusers spread out, since I don't have the depth for the bubble curtain to do as much as it otherwise would do in say 14' of water.

Looking great. What bacteria are you adding? Do you have links you could share. I see the beach in the background. Are you going to do a video on that project?

The bacteria is by Pondworx. I’ll add a link next time I’m in front of a computer. Yes, there is now 20 feet of beach, I’ll talk about this in a soon video

Question: How the pump do with muck on the bottom of pond? I'm planning on purchasing one for my pond. TY

The pump is not magic, however after 2 full summers with it running there is less muck. It hard to measure, late last summer I was able to see sand and clay in my shoreline mixed in with the muck. I’m expecting to see more sand/clay and less muck. I have also added dye and bacteria, I feel this is helping also

Hi! Can you tell me where you found the cover for the aerator? I’ve been looking around for exactly that and haven’t found much success
