What makes songs like this sadder is knowing that Riis Reborn was almost it. They had been there for a while, not bothering anyone. The Eliksni finally had a home again. Then the Darkness came, corrupted Eramis, and stole it all away.
Beyond Light probably had one of the strongest soundtracks in Destiny. The title theme, Frigid Tomb, Lament, Deep Stone Lullaby, Status: Calamitous, Fallen Empire, Athanasia, and Look Within are all top tier tracks.
Thanks to Salvatori for composing so many great soundtracks, I hope he will find a better team in the future who will support him and treat him better than Sony/Bungie did
God I loved beyond light, it wasnt the very best considering you know, witch queen, but I loved every second of it, and thats partly over the beautiful design of Europa and the soundtrack, they both tell a story, a sad one at that, but with a glimmer of hope
@@jonahsturdivant4488 yep, Lightfall has double the missions of Red War without any obvious "go and do 10 bounties" filler. Story wise it was dogshit, I know XD
FINALLY someone separates the undertone percussion, this soundtrack remix is absolutely amazing, enhanced bass on heavy drum as well ggggggg going flawless

i think beyond light had some great music scores. story wasn't that great but it was still fun :)
