Mr. Eddie was the typical southern older farmer type. Flannel, or khaki, long sleeved shirt and straw hat, in the heat of summer. Sweat stays around and cools you longer, if you can stand it until it gets good soaked. That never worked out well for me, though. Evokes memories of kin folks, long gone.
Needs all the linkages lubing up .. deffo a fuel filter change.. lovely little peach of a machine..

My tool kit is 1 roll of Gaffer tape,
1 medium hammer + Bulbs & fuses,
1 flathead + Philips screwdriver,
& Lots of cable ties a pr of pliers,
I've never been stuck yet!

Step one completely drain the tank. If you have a pony motor drain that one too and clean the carburetor. Make sure your oil is up in both Motors. Add fresh diesel and bleed the line to the injector pump. One shot glass of dirty fuel can destroy injectors. Don't ever start on Old fuel. They could do thousands of damage by doing that with contaminated fuel or fuel with water in it
When I was still working at the radio station I could do all kinds of miraculous things with audio, video was another story. I watch your channel for the content, not to critique your production. Don't apologize.
Love a will it start video. But for god’s sake STOP beating on the battery terminals. It is the easiest way to “kank “ a battery. Use terminal spreaders or use 2 1/2” wrenches with the big curved open ends back to back in the opening and pinch together. Easy peasey
No need to remove the air filter to put the starting fluid into the engine, just spray the intake on the filter housing.
Man, I wish I had a dozer like this to work on my acreage. It's the perfect size for what I need.

I think fresh fuel and filters would go a long way to making it right. The stalling when you’re braking and clutching probably due to fuel starvation. Grease it, work it and fix the clutch and it will come back to life

Hank I worked as a heavy equipment mechanic for better part of 30 years. I don't recall having as much fun and laughing as much as you guys do. Maybe I was doing it wrong all those years.

A tune up on a diesel engine is only changing the oil ( which is 1/3 of the cooling ) changing the air cleaner, and then changing the fuel filters. That's how to tune up a diesel.

I just restored a little 96 Dakota. That was easy. I'd love to tear this down and restore it. Need some heavier duty lifting machines but that little dozer is awesome.

Shout out Mitushibishi and everyone who used to built shit that you could leave in the field for years ! Recover put a new battery in check the fluids and replace some hoses and put back to work ! Where do you buy parts ? IDK we never needed parts ! Everything is fairly standard ! Just pull it from the salvage pile !

You want to hammer on the terminals to break in those new batteries and I think it's stuck in J-LO. They should have left that old shade tree in place if you get my drift. 😁😁
