I watched the entire concert last night; a wonderdul evening. I wish the choices had been more adventurous but I suppose a Berliner audience is no different from a Los Angeles audience attending the Hollywood Bowl--but they should be more sophisticated. Even so it was a wonderful concert not just for Kaufmann but for Schrott and Netrebko.
OMG!......no words..... stunning......just the sheer possibility of a Jo-K Cav/Pag performance...... tis the stuff dreams are made of :-) BRAVO!
