I didnt think Celtic even hit top gear tbh. As for Rangers manager, although he has been waffling more and more , their issues run deeper than the manager. He has actually done okay for them considering the circumstances. But he will crack. The enormity of the job will prove too much for him. This is not the Gerrard era, where they gambled some money knowing they were up against a mess at Celtic . The gap is unbridgeable as things stand. And I love it

From a Celtic fan, I’ll tell you what lads that was a great honest review of the game and your current situation. I’ve been sat watching both our reviews as well as your teams reviews. Don’t get me wrong I love winning against you but right now even trying to have a laugh with my mates they’ve already accepted defeat. The gap right now is huge and although that’s amazing for bragging rights, in terms of Scottish football it’s not looking good. We will soon be having to play a million qualifying games again for champs league. Rivalry aside, good honest review👍

McGregor is the best player in Scotland by a distance, has been for last 3 years. Celtic captains don't leave. Him or Brown could have took 30-50 grand a week in England, but they want to play for Celtic. How many of our players see playing for Rangers as good as it gets. None, not one of them. Leeds fan here watched the game, and Rangers looked poor. Your clubs look in big trouble. Celtic could have scored 6. Of the field, money looks scarce. The stadium is a building site, and you have to play your games at Hampden, and the cost of that. You are not in the Champion's league, but Celtic is with the revenue that brings in. Rangers look in a deep hole, and it sadly doesn't look like getting better any time soon, while at Celtic Park, they seem to have everything right on and off the pitch. Great analysis, lads.

Modern football is about money, which means solid business. That takes time to build,. Then you will have consistent teams each season, at the moment you keep chasing quick fixes & those cost more.

Im a Celtic fan and I disagree completely with the criticism of Tavarnier by all and sundry. Maeda is a handful for anybody, you can’t say its just Tavarnier who finds it difficult to cope. Rangers couldn’t double up on him because most of the attacks were down the right anyway and Jefte was as much toast as anyone else. Another thing in Tavarniers support, the two best chances in the first 6 minutes came from a brilliant through ball and then a cross from the much maligned captain who also was the only player for Rangers who meaningfully tested Schmeichel with a good, hard volley toward the end. Fix yer midfield, leave your best player alone man.

On saying that though, Rangers have had no real leaders for years so I suppose he was the best player available. Good Celtic team. I saw some of their pre season, and I knew we would struggle against them. They have better players, a better style of football and goals from all over the pitch. I'd be surprised if they don't go unbeaten this season.
On the other hand, we are honking. We look like a bunch of players meeting for the first time, every game. It's like we give all our players a free roll, and they're just running about doing whatever they want. So disjointed, no style of play, and can't score goals. Long season ahead.

Good honest video on the current situation at ibrox. The problem goes back to just after the uefa cup final when you should have sold the players at a high value and brought in new talent. What you never mentioned was the fact all the new Celtic signings were all on the bench apart from Bernardo. This gives you an idea of the current gap in class between the 2 clubs at the moment.

Rangers played to Celtics strengths. it was an easy game for Celtic, we could not have made it any easier for them.

That looked like a game between a champions league team and a conference league team. I know we're involved in europa league but that's a level beyond us at the moment. Hagi has a clause in his contract saying that if he plays a certain amounts of games, the club will have to pay a very large sum.
Because they don't have the spare with the bonus, he's relegated to the B-team .
