Omg...they are like our children and it is breaking our hearts. I am praying for him. We have a puppy, too. I literally cried when he started to eat. I believe he got hurt when he was jumping. Ours also the same....very energetic and I have to be careful. Yes, they are expensive babies. Get well soon Rowdy!

Just a suggestion. VCA is usually pretty expensive compared to other vets. For my dog they quoted a whooping 8000 dollars for a leg surgery. When I visited a different vet they end up charging 3k. You can see how much more VCA charge :)
