I love the naughty packaging, for some reason the eyes on the other palettes creep me out I was glad this palette had a different cover... and it’s taking everything in me to not take a safety pen to slippery every time I look at my palette I want to pop one just to see what will happen lol

So far I‘ve loved all of Huda‘s big palettes, so I ended up ordering this one as well. Although I agree that the gloss shade looks disgusting. I‘m tempted to scratch it out, but then it might look even worse, haha. The look that you came up with (along with the sweater and hairstyle) would be perfect for Valentine‘s day. Very feminine and romantic. I love it!

You look your best in my opinion without the tan because your natural fairer skin colour is contrasting with your dark hair and eyes and makes all your features pop! I like the Huda Italian made large pallets. I bought one of the nine pan, the light Nude and it hardly had any pigment in it. The nine pans are made in China and the quality is not the same. For that reason, I did not get the medium and deep Nude 9 pans. I do not like that weird gimmicky slippery shade, but like all the rest, so while I may de clutter the 9 pan Huda pallets I have, won’t be this one.
I mean I love the colors and your look is just so beautiful, but I have some many palettes and we all know these palettes will be 50% off next year, so maybe I'll wait for a year to pick it up lol, after all who doesn't have the exact same shades in their collection already now 😂😂
This is the first big Huda palette I’m obsessed with! I think the colors are very unique and I love the gloss idea. I guess it’s just the MAC MUA in me...
I watched a review earlier and they used the shade slippery as a primer type base under the darkest shimmer pink shade and it really made it pop. Just wanted to share that.
"I am not about to pop these pearls." 😂 I agree that shade looks nasty. It looks like fungus. Considering the gloss looks the same across reviews, it was so unnecessary for it to look like that.

FYI, you didn’t “pop” the pearls. If you take your finger and SMOOSH the pearls, then swirl your finger over it, while it’s still more sheer, you’ll get even more pigment once those pearls are smooshed =)❤️❤️ Also, those “flakey” shades really work beautifully when applied with a finger, like you did. Smoothing out those pigment particles leaves a stunning shine!

Your look came out absolutely gorgeous!!!! I just received this palette, and I think it’s my favorite one yet!!! For those “flaky shades” I used Huda’s Fender bender Brush which has a silicone tip and it worked out perfectly... It acts like a finger. Maybe you could try that??? Good luck hun!
I’m only saying this because you brought it up twice or more in your video and I donno how the larger palettes formula is but the 9 pans ones are AMAZING in my opinion I have been following Huda for years now & she’s not a strong believer in eyeshadow bases not primers nor using concealer as base ... & i wear her shadows without primer or concealer underneath & they are pigmented enough to cover my veins & they last all day on me although i have very oily eye lids Your eye look is amazing this palette is great not like the mercury retrograde but that depends on the color preferences in this case

I ordered it after I used the original Nude palette again. Remembering how much I enjoy these colours and the quality (which really is soooo much better than the little palettes), so I am excited to get the new one. It looks like a nice curation of shades for every day use...

Thank you for a thorough review and tutorial on this palette. The colors are nice but I have other palettes that have a similar color story and it doesn't appeal to me for some of the same issues you mentioned, so I'll skip this release.
I feel this big one is a recap of what sells well but in beter quality and just add a shade or formula to talk about. I think the midtoned Nude Obsessions, mixed with some shades inspired by the Haze Obsessions and repeats of basics from older palettes.
I know this palette was released a while ago Morgan, but look at the red bronze color. It reminds me of the Pat MaGrath red in her palette. I am just saying they look very close.

You’re right packaging is boring after stunning Mercury Retrograde. Looks like a cross of UD Naked Cherry x New Nudes and even a little Desert Dusk which I have so will just use those

The shade Slippery looks like an STI, I guess that's naughty...? I don't think a pressed eye gloss like thing is necessary, it would also get extra gross when powder kickup gets into it.
I love this color story, but I’m getting pretty tired of the over sexualization of make up products and I have a hard time being willing to support brands that use that in the promotion of their products. I’ve got a 10yo step daughter... is this a palette I would want her watching me use? Probably not.
I'm not a big fan of those marble shades only because when I'm doing my makeup, I feel like I have to swatch or guess how it's gonna look on my eye. This palette is definitely a pass to me! It's way too similar to her other palettes, I loved mercury retrograde and wish she would have come out with something more exciting like that one.

I love this color story, but I’m getting pretty tired of the over sexualization of make up products and I have a hard time being willing to support brands that use that in the promotion of their products. I’ve got a 10yo step daughter... is this a palette I would want her watching me use? Probably not.
I'm not a big fan of those marble shades only because when I'm doing my makeup, I feel like I have to swatch or guess how it's gonna look on my eye. This palette is definitely a pass to me! It's way too similar to her other palettes, I loved mercury retrograde and wish she would have come out with something more exciting like that one.
