Oh my goodness be! You"re spot on with Rosemary. An all purpose everything plant. My favorite of all the plants.
Protection and healing is it's greatest gifts to us. No garden should be without it.
I know people will have doubts about it keeping out people who intend harm but it will!
Folk would be surprised who bares them ill intent. It's most revealing.
The best is to use fresh sprigs of the plant. Of course, one should always speak with the plant with reverence and appreciation before taking from it, and a small offering is always appreciated by her.
Tie the sprigs together with ribbon of intent and place it on the wall next to the door where it will open. Believe me, a person visiting will have second thoughts about entering if they intend harm to you or your house hold. I've seen it happen. All of a sudden they will be in a hurry, they forgot something to do, just can't stay, or what ever. I've no doubt that a thief or really bad person will move on away from the house. The life in Rosemary is very powerful.
When it begins to dry out, replace it. Don't throw it away, continue the drying process and use it as protective incense, remembering to thank her for her energy.
Healing is amazing. It heals the energy at your core. We are of course energy. And it will then protect your energy after the healing.
Fresh is best, but it carries intent a long way even if you infuse it in it's dried form, or extracted form. It's like water, it transforms to the will/intent of the user.
I would, however, avoid "negative" intentions with this plant.
    Thank you for sharing this.

ancientmum Interesting. My ex boyfriend, who is an evil narcissist, hated Rosemary. I thought that was weird because it's so awesome in food, Cologne, etc. But maybe it's because he's evil. Lol.

I would like too hang it infront of my door but when it's dry what can I do with the dry one's if I must replace it with fresh ones??

I will have to try it as a tea for when I have a cold.
For me, Rosemary is the 'white candle' of the magical herb world. It can be used for
a lot of intentions especially when I can't really find or afford to buy a special herb for a specific purpose. It's really good for cleansing, banishing, protection, love, prosperity, and divination [and probably a few more].
It can be grown indoors all year round and is easily propagated. For a budding Kitchen Witch like myself I use it a lot in magic and especially in cooking. Fresh Rosemary amazing in dressings and many other dishes.

They say that growing rosemary in front of your house signifies that the woman of the house is in charge. I'm quite sure that comes from a day when women were considered less equal. It's a good idea for a woman who isn't feeling that her partner listens to her. Also, I use rosemary in combination with roasted dandelion root. You drink a tea of roasted dandelion root... it actually tastes a bit like coffee but no caffeine, and use the scent of rosemary (a sprig on your pillow while you sleep, or just a good inhalation before bed). The dandelion helps to bring prophetic dreams while the rosemary helps you to remember the details. I love how you can "pet" a rosemary plant and get the scent on your hands that lasts for hours. My favorite herb. Great video.

A lot of people don't really have time to make tea but that's okay you can put a few leaves in your water bottle or in your coffee cup and get a good dose of it without it changing the taste of what you're drinking actually it will enhance it.

SHARING IS CARING! Rosemary and sage ground together as an incense is a very powerful one for learning and remembering important experiences, information and life lessons. Both help to cleanse and open the mind. Rosemary helps with memory when burned as well as other forms of aromatherapy. Sage help to keep the environment around you calm and settled. It also smells AMAZBALLS!

That memory tip about rosemary was really helpful. I was recently diagnosed with Asperger's syndrom. So my short term memory is really shit (in contrary to my scarily detailed long term memory). I've been thinking, for practical reasons you could also dilute some rosemary essential oil into a carrier oil, and wear it on you. That way, you can always have it on hand ^^

Rosemary if fabulous, however if you have epilepsy, rosemary can induce seizures. I had an epileptic room mate that had two seizures in one night (which had never happened before), and when he moved out he left some soap bottles in the bathroom and one was a rosemary soap and conditioner that was new at a store we worked at. I got a hold of him at work and asked if he'd used it and he said he did. So I would recommend not using it if you are prone to seizures.

The putting the rosemary over your eyes thing, might be because of the very thin shin of the eyelid and the oils would be absorbed very quickly? There are some eye medication that is sprayed over the eyelids and absorbed that way. But the fact that rosemary is sooo good for memory has me wondering why is isn't grown at the hospital and old-people homes. Patients with dementia could even have some pinned to their shirt or worn as a crown? I'm going to ask the hospital that I work at haha. I'm definitely saving this video to share with family!

Hi 👋 I luv ur videos!! But it’s a lil hard to hear u and I don’t wanna miss out on not one word u say cause u give amazing i formation! But I’m a cinnamonaholic lol. I luv cinnamon! I have it every where! I have a heart condition and my immune system isn’t the best. So I do a lot of herbal medicine on myself. I’m also disabled. I have bed arthritis in my spine n lower back n nerve damage. And I use sunflower oil and I do a mix of essential oils and herbs for the pain. And pine needle and Rosemary are the main oils along w other wood oils tree oils like cedar and sandalwood balsam fir spruce ext. it’s amazing for inflammation! And my daughter is a severe asthmatic and I made her a balm for her chest n back w eucalyptus oil, and Rosemary oil w coconut oil ( the hard coconut oil) and beeswax. And it actually stops her attack faster then her pump does and I have a defused for her at night cause of her allergies n I run eucalyptus n Rosemary essential oil in it and she’s good to go! I also suffer from vascular migraines and I’ll fold a wash cloth in half and wet it w cold water squeeze it out then I put 3 drops of lavender oil and 3 drops of peppermint oil and 2 drops of rosemary on the wash cloth and now I fold it again and the side I have on my skin is not the side that I put the drops on and this helps my head ache better then the pain medicine. I haven’t been at the ER for a migraine in over 2 years!! N my son he gets really high fevers and he’s 23 years old and will still get a 104.0 fever n that is dangerous. Since he’s a baby the highest fever he ever had was when he was 13 months old he spiked a 106.2 fever! I called 911 I was scared out of my mind! But it was my younger sons graduation day from culinary school and my oldest came in my room and I was getting dressed and he said Ma I don’t feel good. I knew he had a fever I’m his mother I know the fever face and then he got weak so Me n my husband put him on our beds cause no one is picking up a 23 year old young man n carrying him to his room lol. So I get the thermometer and he had a 103 fever so I couldn’t got to the graduation but I faced times my husband the whole time so it was like me still being there. But I gave my son Motrin and Tylenol and I had cold compresses on his forehead wrist and ankles. But his fever wouldn’t come down! It actually went up to 104.1 and he wasn’t making any sense so I got a cold wash cloth and I put lavender peppermint and I can’t remember off the top of my head what the third oils was. And I put it on all the wash cloth’s and his fever went down to 102 in 15 minuets and went to 99.0 with in another 15 minuets. I wish I was into home remedies when he was lil. I also make all my own skin care and I use Rosemary a lot! I luv working with herbs and oils!!!!

    Hello lady grave dancer!!
I start first by saying, you are fantastic!!
I have watched a lot of your videos over the last four months, and it has really helped with alot of the information I've been trying to find.
I've come to a new inspiration and I've been wanting to post videos now on my new channel, I was just curious if a lovely witch like you had any advice as to how I can get myself more... out there lol. Thank you for your videos, and I hope to hear from you soon!!
    TheloraxX
    Blessed be!!

I bought a big rosemary plant at Home Depot yesterday and thought of you lol. When you pick off pieces of the plant to use (for sachets or magical uses).. does it matter once it starts to "die" or do you have to dry it out first.

"When I'm calling on something not so nice". For all you aspiring witches out there, maybe steer clear of the black magic... these things have a tendency to boomerang back at you if the receiving party isn't all that receptive. Remember, every demon wants it's ounce of flesh. Appreciate the spiritual knowledge of the plant sis, you lost me when discussing calling on not so nice spirits. Wish you the best.

You've mentioned that you live in Texas and since I also live here I was wondering, for your outside plants do you water them yourself every day or do you leave in to the rain to water them? My worry is that It really doesn't rain much here and i don't want my plants to die but it would also take a lot of time to go out and water my plants every day. I'm new at gardening so I'm unsure
