I wish we saw more of this version of Tim on his own channel. A little calmer and easier to listen to. I’m not 10, I don’t need to be shouted at to keep interest lol.
He's so tied up though, with sponsors etc. You could see he was uncomfortable when Tony was negative on McLaren.
I find him intensely irritating
Most ppl do tho
Like a different person. I can actually listen to him, it's a revelation
@@NewHandle_ Not 2 226 000 people!
Tim, when it’s all stripped back, is very good to listen to. Enjoyed this a lot.
i agree, i normally dont like him in his own videos, though i really appreciate the information and details he delivers when he guides us around a new car release, i think he is doing an outstanding job (and everything from memory, no notes no nothing), but as far as he comes accross as a character, i dont like it. But in this podcast here he seems very normal and knowledgeable. I just wonder why he is not like this in his own videos. Probably because it would not generate that many clicks, so needs to be more 'excited'.
Listen to him on stereo, lots of interesting insights
Really enjoyable content. Tim should do more of these videos because they show him in a different light.
Yo tf the boat boy doing here
Exactly, especially about all his tests he's had to do for travelling as you think why is he in this place, or that place I thought it was banned? But of course when he goes it's legal and then it's changed whilst he's there. A great interview.
Absolutely
Agree - it was a very informative video for a variety of reasons.
Agreed, I like Tim a lot more than I like Shmee
“I’ve never been a fan of the Aventador” - Tim
“Pile o’ Sh1t” - Tony
Quality! 🤣
Absolutely love this version of Tim, he's actually such a chill guy.
he has any other version?
I can't wait for that Sam/Tony GT500 video
One of the best episodes, Tim is very cool guy and a reference in this "market" ! Sam please bring Tim again and other people too. Tony you are the best, please never leave this podcast !
Love to see shmee on your show! And love seeing the logistics of how his channel grows! Such a hard working man, inspiration!!!
He really is levels above right now
My gardener works hard, my cleaning lady works hard, recording videos of expensive cars and posting them isn't exactly hard work. People that work in fields picking crops in the hot sun, put roofs on houses in the hot sun and do construction work in the hot sun or freezing cold do hard work. He consistently churns out a lot of videos that make a lot of money but he's not working that hard. The term hard work gets thrown around a lot and people equate making a lot of money with hard work and that's not true. My neighbor owns a huge asphalt paving company, he sits in the house or in his office all day, the guys that work for him putting down hot asphalt, they work hard.
@@venom5809 you have obviously never run a business ,
@@venom5809 such a boring comment. I drive an artic for 12 hours a day , it's hard work. But I really don't care that some people can live their dream life. If it's entertaining then good on them

The dynamic between Schmee and Tony is very interesting.
Yea they don't like each other do they?
@@thecremeegg I don't think its hate, they just don't seem to vibe.
@@strawdemindset Yea I just think they tolerate each other more than anything
It just happens when you get successful people in a room. Alpha and alpha just how it is nothing special
Shmee seems to act as if he’s better than Tony. Makes me respect Tony more because he genuinely is who he is and doesn’t deviate, no matter who’s in the room
This interview feels like when your friends from university meet your friends from home.
This is exactly what it’s like 😂
Hit the nail on the head there. Tim is the more intelligent friend from Uni 🤣
Why is this so accurate lol, you put it perfectly in words
Nice to see Tim talking, rather than Shmee150.
3 of my fave blokes from social media effectively having a chinwag down the pub. Loved it. Respect to Tim for being so honest and giving time to an old pal in a very genuine way.
The plug of the coffee is like watching TGE love it 😂
How is it shameless?
Its his coffe brand
As a young (ish) 20 year old viewer, my passion for cars and petrol power is as strong as it has been for the last 15 year's. And hopefully can remain for the next 50.
Never commented on anything before. Absolutely brilliant. Well done Sam, Tony and Tim. Would love to see another one later in the year!
Hang on I think we just stumbled across a really good trio here. Super entertaining, the hour flew by and Tim was a great guest, knowledgeable down to Earth and forthcoming. Your personalities all gel very well together. Excellent stuff guys 👍🏼
Brilliant seeing Tim in such a relaxed atmosphere.
These 60 minute podcasts from STG just seem to fly by... amazing as always the first video I click to as soon as I see it...Good to see shmee in the episode today... Adding a guest changes the whole dynamic of the show
This ranks as one of the best BTG episodes it was so entertaining and the dialog between Tim, Tony and Sam was very relevant.
Nice to see Tim open up about his likes and thoughts, while just relaxing.
Tim literally looks half the size of Sam. 🤣
Hagrid and Harry Potter style.
Great show btw.
Tony is more polite when Tim is there haha
Watched every minute, brilliant interplay between all three...but great to see Tim in a very relaxed mode, explaining the craft behind his work and the decisions behind his purchases. RUclips is so rewarding for the car fan, we get great free content thanks to you all. Big up.
Tim was impressive in this episode. I'm sure if he wasn't busy enough, he would be great doing podcasts. He knows and saw so much during this last decade.
If he does, I'm not worried about BTG, it's on another style and segment.
That was great, guys. Really interesting hearing from Tim (who sounds quite different in non-Shmee mode)
I stop everything just to listen to this as soon as I can. I can’t say enough how much I enjoy this.
So refreshing to have Tim in and just level it out. Was interesting watching Tony’s tone change throughout the interview
What a great episode, I could have sat and listened to you guys for hours, great insight into what goes into collecting cars from a RUclips perspective - awesome podcast, looking forward to the next one as always.
If this was the format every week it would hit 500k subs by Christmas EASILY!
What a fantastic watch .... all 57 minutes hehehe. Seriously interesting and such great synergy from all three of you and demonstrates how good RUclips can be. The sound was slick and crisp too .... hat's off and look forward to another one.
This as a permanent or at least more often trio would be fcking amazing!
Fantastic episode. Can't wait for the GT 500 video. Best episode of the year so far. Great going!
oohhh so I made this guess on Tim's video as well, but I think his new car will be a Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 as he has been mentioning how much he misses his 918 GT4.
yea most likely & i looked it up on uk reg website it was a porsche
Sam I just noticed this, the way you have the table I actually feel I'm sitting with you guys lol.. I take that was on purpose haha.. nice mate
I love the contrast of Shmee and Tony, brilliant episode, loved it. All three of you are clever and successful guys, well done. Shmee’s point on keeping a vehicle if it’s going to loose money, is a good one and one I think I will follow on the wonderful toy I’ve just got. Thanks
Brilliant episode again lads! The podcast just keeps getting better and better. 32 mins in....Tim just perfectly described why I moved away from England
Very good episode. Loved the dynamic between the 3 of you.
Wonderful episode - Love the chill and true life discussion without all the hype. Thanks for sharing 😊
I've always enjoyed Tim's transparency about what he does yet I'm not a fan of his channel. Hat's off to him for doing what he loves so well and so successfully. I can really see how the Americans like his content though. Real good episode this week Sam.
Just great to see what an analytical approach Tim takes. Certainly one of the reasons why he is growing so much still. Also for anyone who still thinks RUclipsr/Influencer isn't a tough job, watch Tim work and you'll know that this is much harder than most of these average 9-5 jobs! Great episode as usual!
I do really enjoy watching you and Tony. This episode with Tim as a guest was genuinely enjoyable and insightful. Loved seeing the three of you together. A fabulous episode. Keep up this great work and content.
I don’t watch very much of Shmee anymore I think I found his over excitement engaging at first but then a bit it became a bit tiring, hearing him talk like this in this kind of environment is refreshing! Also great seeing the way Tony and Shmee bounce off each other hahaha sam looks genuinely concerned at points! 😂
I did enjoy, Shmee is always full of knowledge, good stories and interesting facts. 👏🏾 👏🏾
The man, the myth, the legend SHMEEEE😂
Is Tim really small or did you give him an unfair camera angle/seat?! Watching this made me pine for the old days of Shmee 150. Used to really enjoy the content but became a little shouty and look at me. Now makes sense when you know his target audience. One of the best Behind the Glass podcasts.
I have seen a totally different side of Tim in this today. Thanks, guys as this was one of your great podcast. More like this, please.
Hello 'Sam', a really, really great 'vlog', with yourself and Tony what a great exchange between you two and 'Shmee' was been briliant, well done.
Regards, RichardA.
This is so exciting. I actually watch more content here than in the OG channel.
very well put together, well done guys
One of the nicest guys going! Absolutely love Tim's channel and look forward to every evening for his upload
Awesome video, it was great the three interacting, and talking car prices,
Collecting them etc…
Great to see Shmee on the podcast! Have you thought of getting Tom TGE too?
Sam, thats a great podcast, Really enjoyed you questions, Tim's openess and Tony's dealer knowledge, one of the best, I have watched for a while.
One of the best views on RUclips in years, great to hear a real side of Tim, and how you both got the best out of him! Congratulations
Great podcast, really enjoyed listening as always. Keep up the hard work
What a great trio to listen to!
I'm 16 and I just hope that Porsche GT cars won't skyrocket in value. Although, I have a bad feeling it will.
Unlike “real life” a three way works well on BTG! More guests please! Great entertainment thank you!
Hi Sam, great timing after work!! A name suggestion for your F1 podcast! Behind the flag!! Keep up the good work!!
Really appreciated seeing this side of Tim. Hopefully you guys will be collaborating more this year!
Mr. Tim Burton is welcome in the United States of America any time!
Really good episode. I like how Tim is much more down to earth and relatable in this than in his personal RUclips videos.
Great episode and thoroughly enjoyed the content. Great chat between the 3 of you. Keep up the good work
This was great, I can't recall ever seeing Tim in this type of setting and informal discussion.
Could listen to you 3 talking like that all day, brilliant 👏
Loved this episode, I could of watched you guys chatting about cars for hours! Great to see Tim being so honest about his collection and approach. I’ve been watching most of the UK you tubers on and off for some years now and great to see you all starting to hook up again. JWW would be great on here too! 👍
Hey Sam and Tony! Following one of your latest videos where you take a 430 Challenge out on track, I was wondering what the cost would be of owning one of those track cars. You and Tony argued multiple times that such a track car would be quicker around for instance Silverstone compared to a McLaren Senna. However, it would be more expensive to own/run such a track car. To purchase a 430 challenge here in the Netherlands would cost you 80k euros so I wonder where the other expenses come from. Could be an interesting podcast topic for BTG.
You can just tell how hard he has worked to get where he is, you know people will look at it and think he’s just making video’s but I think there’s a lot going on behind the scene. Refreshingly honest too, ideally I’d have liked to hear him speak a bit more but maybe another day. Seems like Shmee150 is like a character and Tim is the guy behind it, a lot more relaxed when he isn’t in video mode. Good episode 👍
Great podcast this week, shame I missed this at the time. Great to see Tim on the podcast.
I could tell the GTC4 Lusso repurchase was a personal purchase, nice to hear it from Tim... in the past 🤣
Superb content. Shmee came across really well in a genuine way that I think is lost in his own material. Always good to having Tony keeping things ‘real’ as well. Thanks for the content 😀
We need Tim on here more, bloke was great to listen too and bounced off both of you guys really well. Great episode!.
The topics discussed are very interesting. Good job to all three of you!
I really enjoyed watching Tim in this kind of format, nice and very clever guy. He should do this more often
The reason why Tim and Shmee150 are so big in the US other than the population is that virtually all prominent US Automotive Content Creators put their success down to being inspired by the Shmee150 brand and they often post this on their channels. They regard him as the true OG. In the UK the other content creators are mostly good friends of Tims and as such tend to regard themselves as equals in the RUclips game.
Bang on with that “success should be celebrated” comment regarding US vs Europe. I notice that every time I am in Europe.
Shmee is a tank!
By far one of the best episodes so far.. Need some mroe guests Sam 🤔
I’ve always wanted to see Shmee on here, great podcast Sam and keep up the good work!
Guys, this is great! Loved watching this podcast! 👌🏼
if this trio run a company, it will be
Tim : Marketing/Sales
Tony : Operation
Sam: HR/Admin
add James as Management and TGE as Security..lol
One of the best episode yet, tim is really great on podcast, straight to the point, no BS and really enjoyable to listen to
The more of Shmee I see outside his channel the more I like him
Great discussion and not just because of Tim. Granted he is always an enjoyable and interesting character, but I feel you done a great job here Sam. Kept it flowing nicely, asked some great questions and had fantastic followup/probing into the mind of Tim
Excellent. Absolutely excellent stuff guys - time literally flew by. Tim is one smart cookie, he has this YT business down to a fine art, he works at it all the time to great effect...... unlike some of the YT chancers!
You're so bang on with the Game Of Thrones analogy. It put me off watching it for the first 5 series and I can honestly say in my opinion... Its the best TV series ever 😂😂at least until the last few seasons.
But it's interesting how that kind of universal praise of something, be it a car or a movie etc, actually puts people off eventually.
Finally Shmee150 is on!!!!obviously its gonna be a epic
Cracking interview - well done. More please.
Loved this video. Great seeing/hearing Tim in a different light. Keep up the great content
That was the best episode so far a clear concise debate, well done
Really, really good video. A great watch
Great episode, looked at the screen and realized I had been watching for 45 minutes when I thought it had been like 15. If only my Uni lectures were like this. I would love to see MRJWW on the podcast soon.
By far one of the best episodes yet. Tim and Tony make an interesting pairing !
Good chat. Tony and Tim are a brilliant double act!
I did not know shmee had a real human type of name. I also didn't know he spoke without yelling type of thing.
I absolutely love this version of Tim
Excellent podcast, 3 great opinions and insights into topics we're all interested in. Thank you!
A great episode and it really does show Tim in a completely different fashion, one which I'm more intrigued with...
Great straight talking from everyone ... quality content thanks Sam
Great to see you guys. Tim seemed very relaxed compared to his videos. I would be tired with 7 or 8 new cars in the way. Hoping to hear what you think soin on the new 812 VERY superfast limited edition. Lots of photos on social media about this ahead of the official photos in May.
Great video guys. Well done. 👍🏽
Shmee.. definitely my top three automotive RUclipsrs.. second only by Cleetus McFarland and The Stradman!
What a great episode. Love how passionate you all are about cars...
