I can not believe you grow tumbleweeds. Did you not already have these in your area?

Hi, thanks for this video... How did these plants do in the following time, did they get to the nice red color in fall?

Yes. Beautiful red/pink color. This particular plant died from a hard freeze..

Finally received my Kochia Trichophylla seeds so I'm revisiting you great video.
Do you suggest starting them outside in full sun? I wonder why the indoor seeds looked frail? How is your largest bush doing now?

Seeing you try all sorts of ways to get them to germinate is encouraging for me. I thought it was all me...hard time germinating seeds of all types. Thank you showing that you didn't give up. You kept trying different ways.
Also, can you advise on a reputable seed company for Kochia seeds please?

Found this plant growing in my tomato garden, and had to look it up, because it looked out of place 😂 I surely didn’t plant it. I’m thinking of transplanting it giving it to my mom.

That's interesting. They do propagate very easily. The plant is more of a hearty hedge..

It grew about 1.5 feet taller. It did not do well through the last cold spell. Also, be aware that it will drop an enormous amount of seeds. So, unless you want a lot of plants, you have to occasionally pull up the new baby sprouts.
