I just made my first t-shirt quilt for my grandson’s college graduation. I really liked the ShapeFlex SF101 stabilizer because it is woven for more stability. Works great for all t-shirts, thin silky-like jerseys, baseball jerseys and even football jerseys with the holes. ❤️

I adhere mine with a t shirt press and never had a problem. I keep a Teflon sheet on the top and bottom.

Yes!! I’ve started using my press more. Soooo much easier
