I am in love with the idea that you gain your life by helping people to deal with things that hurt them. Thank you for choosing that. I am currently living in suffering even after reaching the 'success in life' based on what they say is success in Brazil, making good money. But still, very unhappy and living in stress. I've been in that place before too. Money is a wonderful resource, but only if it's used to help us live according to our values. When we're not aligned with our values or our other deeper human needs aren't being met, we can't be fulfilled. If you were to think about it, do you know which values or needs need more attention right now?
Oh my, I LOVE the clarity and the fact that you take a step back to explore what IS the actual meaning of the buzzword "mindset" that we all eagerly throw around. :) Stopping for a minute and thinking what it actually means is already helpful in an of itself! Unpacking mindset with a great perspective you have makes so much sense!
What a nice explanation of mindset. You're right - people talk about this quite a bit but there's so much more to getting results than just the mindset as you explained. One of my favorite parts of the book Think and Grow Rich is that you have to say what you will actually do to get what you want. So, you can't just use positive mindset to reach big goals. It's not enough. You have to actually say what effort you're going to put in to reach the goals. So, you can say you want to be a millionaire all you want and you can think positively about it all day long, but you have to have a series of actions and efforts to get you there. Great video!
I love your explanation. Working in mental health, I often find the world mindset is a bit of a scapegoat for lack of success and referred to as something you need to just change like flipping a switch. It’s so much more multifaceted than that.
I am brand new to using the internet and the infinate nature and connections to it. Thanks for your introduction to mindset and the revelations I received.

Thank you for your clear explanation of the term mindset. Great examples. What is the difference between a positive mindset and having healthy mental health?
Good question! I’d imagine it varies for each person since everyone could define or view those things differently. But positivity/positive mindset to me would be looking at the bright side, feeling good about things, etc. Which can sometimes be a mask and UNhealthy sometimes. and sometimes be great. Mental health would be knowing when positivity is healthy and when it’s a mask, as well as knowing how to handle stress in healthy ways, feeling good about yourself, express your emotions in a healthy way, and a lot more. So a positive mindset might NOT be a healthy mental state, but a healthy mental state would certainly include a positive mindset at times.
Sorry for my curiosity, but just by listening to this got me question another side of the story. I just want to know if you “inner peace” and if yes is it permanently staying with you once you do? It just seems connected to the mindset. Thank you for the time spent doing this video tho it was great!
Before I watch the video I thought the mindset is : the part of our beliefs and emotions that we are connecting to in a certain time.( which constantly changes Well , It seems to be something else, but could you tell me what word matches the definition I wrote,thank you.
Consciousness mood , the mood we create consciously, it's like the mental environment we create within ourselves to help us in certain situation Although the ordinary mood is something we can't control as we didnot create but when we choose a aura and put ourselves in we can control it easily, but I still think there is some word that matches better , that's how our minds connect with the universe that's how we talk to it , by developing some emotions or call some thoughts that's how we say " I want that to happen " .. backing to the mindset some people have an contradiction in beliefs as an example the beliefs which we inherited from the environment grew up in , includes parents, religion, culture.. etc.. and the beliefs we choose by learning as they most suitable to us . The first ones attends to stay in our subconscious mind whether we liked or not and determine lots of our activities. So what I am to say is : how to have a stable mindset if you as person have contradiction in your beliefs system which the reason of uncertainty , bad decisions making or even incapability of seeing what life has to offer . If I have any misunderstanding, please make me know.
SMH - I’ll be the first to admit our mindset impacts those things, but some people just won’t get it. That’s ok. We can appreciate them for what they’re good at and just avoid the topics they need to work on themselves. 😂

A lot of great points, however I feel the word mindset could be replaced with thought process and bring a lot more clarity in the minds of the people.

I think that could match as well, although our mindset doesn’t change as often as our MOODS. So maybe moods is the word you’re looking for?
